This property is located within the highly sought after Canaveral Towers complex. Walk out your back door to the beach, putting green and heated pool. Location is everything for the upmost best vacation experience and this condo is in the perfect location. Catch gorgeous sunrises while siting on your private patio sipping your morning drink of choice. A well-equipped kitchen offers everything you'll need to feel right at home. The split floor plan offers a variety of sleeping arrangements. You have an assigned parking space as well as additional parking if you need it. There is a putter in the condo for your use. You can also get shuffleboard equipment near the pool area. The oversize heated pool, offers a break from the beach. This is free of charge to the guest. Let's not forget about the large heated pool, and private beach access.

Beautiful Location; Inaccurate Listing

The condo was beautiful. Very clean and spacious. Perfect location with easy access to the pool and beach. Well stocked for beach, pool and golf activities.Unfortunately, when we arrived we immediately noticed there was no dryer in the condo. We were not notified about this ahead of time. The host stated that the dryer would be installed the following day, but it wasn't installed until 2 days later; and it wasn't installed correctly. We were basically without a dryer for our entire stay. I didn't noticed until the last day that there were pay-per-wash laundry units on the premises. It would have been nice if the host made us aware of that option while waiting for the unit dryer to be installed.One more thing, the posting stated there was a hot tub on the property. When I asked the host about a hot tub, they responded that there was no hot tub on the property and removed any mention from the online posting.Overall, the place was great. We'd love to go back, but the communication from the host was not good and the property details were inaccurate. I hope this will be corrected.

The unit was updated and clean. The main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. That's my only complaint. The building was kept up well and the owner and rental company were very easy to work with.

Time 4 Adventure

Brought my Dad for his birthday from Seattle to see the Heavy Falcon Space X launch. The launch was cancelled due to hurricane Milton, but we did get to see a smaller launch and spend a full day at Kennedy Space Center. Our stay was an adventure for sure. Janice with East Coast Living was outstanding. The location and accommodations are very comfortable with direct beach access. The community center is just a 1/4 mile walk away as well, with just a $7 daily rate for very nice gym facilities and lots of pickle ball competition. Great Value, even with the added and unplanned hurricane experience.

A Perfect lil getaway!

Perfect Location for our Girls Trip

Everything was as described. Perfect Location, first floor was ideal. Putting green and pool and ocean are steps away. Beach was quiet, just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle but still close enough to get together within a 5 minute drive. Thanks for having us, we had a blast!

A Delight!

An absolute delight to have stayed at Anchors Away! The location was perfect. We had access to the pool and beach right from our 1st floor patio. Perfect location to watch launches form the Kennedy Space Center. The condo had everything you needed to start your stay and plenty of room for us. Beautifully decorated, cozy and inviting. Our host, Janice, kept in touch with us before and during our arrival making this a smooth vacay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend a stay at Anchors Away.

Nice stay

The biggest complaint was the dishwasher not working initially, but after a few phone calls over the course of 2 days the issue was taken care of. Property manager wasn’t the most responsive, but glad the problem was handled. 1st floor location does have perks and drawbacks, but overall we enjoyed staying on the first floor.

Our home away from home

My family absolutely loves this location. We come to Cocoa Beach once a year so the kids can attend NASA camp. This place is our new favorite place to be and I can't wait to come back. We can walk straight out to the beach, pool, putting green! The neighbor-renters are fabulous. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and appointed. Just a wonderful experience all around.

Awesome location and overall accommodations. Could use a few more amenities.

Overall Anchors Away is a great two bedroom condo that was clean, had a great layout and great location. The two full beds in the second bedroom were key for a family of 4. The updated bathrooms and kitchen was great. The Canaveral Towers property was well maintained and pool and beach access were great. Our only feedback was the amenities. The beds were well made with linens but the were not the most comfortable beds we've slept on There were only 4 bath towels for a week long stay of 4 people. When we washed the towels and our clothes it took a few washed to realize the hot and cold water were reversed so we unfortunately shrunk a few t-shirts in hot water. There were plenty of beach towels, however there was no working beach umbrella (the top and bottom piece were mismatched and did not were together). The one beach chair supplied was old, rusty, and stained and the straps were broken. The other "beach" chair was a simple folding chair also badly stained. The kitchen had the basics, but the pots and pans were old and the non-stick was scratched badly. Plenty of forks and knives but could use a lot more serving utensils. Finally another small nit, there only 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Not enough for a family of 4 for a week. Overall we would definitely stay here again as the CORE aspects of the room were fantastic. We would definitely give it a 5 star rating next time if some of these amenities flaws were addressed

Great vacation spot

My family and I loved staying here. Loved being able to walk along the beach every night and the pool was uncrowded and relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook and bake anything and it was easy to get around town and visit attractions. We had a minor issue with getting the dishwasher to turn on, but the property management was so communicative and we figured it out.

The condo at CT was a great location being right on the beach and having a spectacular pool. Great proximity to restaurants and the Cocoa Beach pier. Excellent communication with the host. Everything was clean and it was a great home away from home. Thank you!
