We own time at Summer Bay Orlando and would like to rent out our time for any week of the year.

The 400-acre landscaped and gated Summer Bay Resort, with a 64-acre lake, is 6 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, and within 15 miles of both SeaWorld and the Orange County Convention Center.

Summer Bay Orlando is located on a secluded, private 64-acre lake, is quiet and away from it all, yet just minutes from the most popular attractions and activities in the world. Summer Bay Orlando is just 6 quick miles from Walt Disney World® Resort offering complimentary scheduled transportation and within a thirty minute drive from the Universal Studios® Orlando Theme Park Complex and Sea World Parks and Entertainment®.

The property collects a daily resort fee of $7.00 + tax per room, per night. Resort Fee includes free scheduled transportation to area theme parks, access to all Summer Bay activities (golf and water parks are an additional fee). All reservations require Credit Card at time of booking to guarantee reservations Security Deposit of $150.00 required at check in.

Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts is a cashless environment. Credit card holders will be provided an Amenities Charge Card at check-in for use around the resort at food & beverage outlets and for other on-site experiences.

The resort requires a major credit card to check in. Guests are provided the option to make a cash deposit on the account at the time of check-in and throughout the stay to further establish a guest charge account.
