Get ready for a perfect vacation! This beautifully renovated house is located in one of the best areas of Sarasota. Mature neighborhood walking distance to Ringling Museum and Jungle Garden. Just outside of Sarasota downtown, short drive to Lido Beach; Longboat Key and Siesta Key. Sarasota International Airport is less than 5 minutes away!

House is a perfect spot to relax after a long day of work or play. Its tucked away on a quiet street, surrounded by palm trees and has a private heated pool and spa.

Master bedroom features a King bed, 65" Smart TV, walk in closet and an en suite with walk in shower and double vanity. Twin room is located right next to dining room and sleeps two. Second King guest room is down the hall past full guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. Laundry area is in the garage. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

Unwind in the living room watching 70 inch Apple TV or prepare a homemade meal at our fully equipped kitchen. Desk and chair is in the living room corner for those working from home.

Outside patio is set up with comfortable furnishings, BBQ grill and dining area with propane fire feature. Stored for your use we have two bicycles, beach umbrella, chairs, towels, cooler and sand toys for kids.

***Quiet time between 9pm-7am, $200 fine for any
disturbance to the neighborhood

Check in was easy. The house was nice and host was responsive. However, we weren't aware that some of the listed amenities weren't either working or onsite until after the house was booked or after arrival. We were expecting an outdoor fan on the patio, which would have been great to create a breeze while outside. Unfortunately, after booking I learned the outdoor and indoor fan were broken. The futon from the photos had been damaged, removed, and not replaced before arrival. We learned this after arrival when we couldn't find it. We had anticipated one of the teenages to sleep there so we had to figure something else out. Lastly, the A/C did not cool very well, particularly in the master bedroom.

Great Sarasota Home Away From Home - w Peacocks

My wife, I, and our two adult daughters shared this home visiting town for a family event. What a wonderful, tranquil, setting. Nearby on Bayshore, you might see peacocks running about - our daughter did on a run. This property was everything that was advertised. And its close to great seafood and cuban cuisine. We'll definitely put this place on the top of our list for a future visit.

What a beautiful home for vacation!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home after we decided to extend our vacation a few days due to Tropical Storm Debby. The communication with Inna was fast and top notch! We were excited to see the house in person and were amazed when we walked in the door. The entire house was beautiful and we loved the open concept of the living area, dining room, and kitchen. The kids and I were in and out of the pool pretty much every day. The house is located close to downtown Sarasota and lots of great places to eat, but it is also very close to grocery shopping for cooking and grilling at the house. I’d highly recommend this house to anyone and everyone… you won’t be disappointed at all! If we’re ever back in the area, we’d try booking here again. A+++

Tranquil Pool House

A great place for a family with kids that love a pool . Lovely quiet neighborhood close to Ringling and Sarasota Jungle Gardens . Close to Tamaiami for easy drives to downtown ,siesta key and St Armand’s . Clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay even if you never leave the property .

Cleanliness was great ! Kitchen had all the tools needed to serve Thanksgiving dinner. King bed was nice. Quite neighborhood.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Having your own heated pool and hot tub was very nice. We liked that the host provided beach towels, bikes, and small amenities like hand soap. I did find that there could have been more washcloths provided. There were only 2 in the entire house. The house was a bit older and upon arrival we noticed some people left some food items so that was disappointing. We did let the host know about that and some other minor issues but they responded quickly and fixed the issues. Other than that our stay was nice. I would suggest putting a door on the master bathroom shower, having it open caused problems when running the shower and water splashed out onto the floor. Overall, a good stay for the price and for the time of year. Very convenient to downtown and within driving distance to the beaches.

Beautiful home in a great location

Our family was staying at the home because our daughter was getting married at the Powell Crosley Estate. It was so convenient to the venue and other places around Sarasota. The home was beautiful and stocked very well. The pool and hot tub was wonderful since it was so hot during our stay. The check in process was easy and Inna communicated with us very well. No complaints. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean & Convenient

Very nice clean house. Everything we needed was supplied including pool towels, great selection of cookware, clean and comfortable bedding and nice big screen TVs! Close to downtown and a short drive to the beach. We’ll definitely return.

awesome property

Stylishly updated home with pool. We were there for 5 nights and only went out once to Las Olas to shop and dine. Kitchen was fully equipped with all we needed, we brought too much. We were a group of 6 women aged 74. I think the house is perfect for younger families, but we would have appreciated more towel racks and a handrail to exit the pool. Generous host provided a wonderful home.

Our family loved your house and location. The children loved the pool and played in it for hours. My suggestion would be to install grab-bars in the showers.

The property and the pool were nice. The master bathroom seemed to be a work in progress that was not made known to us before arrival. No shower doors can be a problem. However, the shower door guys arrived one afternoon to re-measure, with no warning. Also, little hand soap, no laundry soap, few towels, no tissues, no propane for the grill. It would have been nice to know before arriving. Otherwise, very nice.

Great for our family

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property. We are a family of 6 and there was plenty of room for us all. The property was centrally located to the various beaches we wanted to go to as we planned to travel to the northern and southern beaches. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that appears very safe. The kids’ favorite part by far was the pool as they were in there every day. Pictures were very accurate to the property. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Sarasota area with kids.

Great place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean and had an abundance of extras we were not expecting. The kitchen was amazing, well stocked with new appliances and everything you will need to prepare meals. Private pool was a win especially with the kids, outdoor patio was great too for having lunch before heading back to the pool.

Inna was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with! Beautiful home and very relaxing with a great location. The house was clean, and all the amenities were great for cooking in versus buying dinner each night. If our family plans another trip to Sarasota, we will book this Vrbo again!
