Honest post. Good location. Clearer, emphasized foot directions to safer Perkins Cove Drawbridge to avoid narrow, sidewalk-less streets would have improved our stay. There are no posted signs. We did not discover this until our third day. There was mention of it on the last page of three ring binder in room. Both working and non-working air conditioners are laden with black mold. Took photos but won’t post in hopes owner will see this post and rectify. Quiet except for upstairs foot traffic/ dragging-furniture-ceiling-noise, at night. This honest post will most certainly cost me a sterling necklace mistakenly left behind. Owner kindly called about it and upon my description offered to return mail it, which was nice but not yet received. I gave much thought before sharing our sub-optimal experience.

The location of the studio apartment was very convenient. Nice walk into Perkins Cove for dining and shopping. Marginal Way was nice to walk as well. Studio is adequately equipped for all your needs.

I loved the location. It was quiet and yet very close to all the places we wanted to visit. The room was just as advertised and perfect for the two of us. Very clean and nicely designed and decorated. We will be back.

Very clean, excellent location, easy walking to Perkins cove with shopping and restaurants and boat tour. You can walk the marginal way to Ogunquit for more shopping restaurants and the beach. Drive south to Wells for a old time beach town and lighthouse

Perfect location

Very nice property. Extremely clean and well maintained. Well stocked with extra towels, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee pods, creamers and even had beach chairs and towels if u needed them. Only issue was regulating water temperature in shower. Water is extremely hot and takes quite a lot of adjusting to get the temp to where you can comfortably take a shower. Location was excellent. Very short walk to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. Left our car on site and pretty much walked everywhere. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning again in the future.

Honeymoon vacation for us and we had an amazing time! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated the beach chairs! We loved that it was off the beaten path some but still in easy walking distance to everything. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the front porch. It was beautiful and we made a lot of memories. We want to come back!

Incredible Find

Mary was so responsive and helpful! Not that we had a single problem we needed fixing. Everything was perfect, clean, and organized. This unit’s location could not have been better. Just a few steps down the street to Perkins Cove! It was great being so close to the action of Ogunquit but tucked away in Perkins Cove. Overall amazing experience !

Amazing

We didn’t want to leave….This apartment was perfect! Quiet, comfortable, cozy and in a perfect spot. We opted to sleep on the pull out sofa, which was super comfortable! Ogunquit is INCREDIBLY beautiful every where you look. We will be back hopefully sooner than later!

Awesome Place To Stay!

Condo was perfect for 2 people! Great for seniors because it’s right near the parking, and no stairs, but yet grounds are landscaped beautifully for privacy and shade. There are community grills right by the condo. The location was fabulous..you could walk to Perkins Cove easily and enjoy the restaurants, shops, and walk Marginal Way and take in all the gorgeous views! Definitely would love to return next year! Mary was very accommodating and got right back to me with a few answers to my questions. Loved our stay!!!!!

Will Be Back

I enjoyed my stay. It was walking distance to the beautiful Marginal Way, shops, and restaurants. It was also a quick drive to nearby Ogunquit Village, Wells, and York. Everything was clean and the instructions were very clear. Surprisingly, the murphy bed was quite comfortable. (They aren't always). Thanks for a lovely stay.

Cozy and Comfortable

M husband and I stayed at this cute little condo for 5 days in the off season and loved the convenience and location. I tend to have a hard time sleeping well when traveling, but I slept great at this condo! Bed was very comfortable and condo was clean- had everything we needed for our stay. Mary was accommodating and easy to reach. We would stay there again!

Good Location

The Unit was as advertised a studio with a murphy bed or a sleep sofa, we slept in the murphy bed which was comfortable. The shower was tight, but the hot water and pressure were great. The grounds were nice quiet and relaxing. The location was great just 5 minutes from Perkins cove + a couple more to marginal way. Just a short walk up Shore Rd was the Ogunquit Museum of art, which we enjoyed as well. All in all, we had a great stay.

Location is perfect! Walkable to great restaurants and shops

Location is great! Easy walk into Perkins Cove for restaurants and shops. A little further walk (1-1.5 miles) for Ogunquit restaurants and shops. Host provided great information to locate unit, gain entry and was very responsive. Condo amenities as described.

Sister’s getaway

Amazing little retreat close to Perkin’s Cove. Very cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. Only downside , the A/C was a bit anemic and we ran out of toilet paper. Will surely make it an annual thing.

Our Favorite Place To Stay

My partner and I have stayed at this property at least three times in the past four years. The host is most accommodating and the location is just perfect. I'm hoping to stay there again in the near future. This condo always feels like home away from home.

Fantastic location - lots to do.

Had a wonderful stay at this location. Pros: location - walking distance to the cove, near the town, clean. Cons: not many but it is small and the people walking around upstairs were loud, but all in all we had an enjoyable stay.

Perfect stay for a single or couple

Very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Nice to have the beach chairs. It is literally just about across the street from Perkins Cove, very quiet location. If you want to walk to Ogunquit beach walk down to the marginal way in Perkins cove and it will take you there. It is a little bit of a hike but the very picturesque. Would definitely stay there again.
