Cliff Dwellers A Spectacular 5 Bedroom home just east of Sand Hollow Reservoir

Cliff Dwellers is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 bunk room retreat situated just east of the new beautiful Copper Rock Golf Course just east of Sand Hollow Reservoir. These beautiful home is nestled in a quiet secluded area just below the beautiful cliffs of Hurricane. This property features a brand new swimming pool with slide and spa that is separately gated for security with a beautiful outdoor barbeque bar and dining area. The house is finely appointed and has a very comfortable southwestern feel. This property is just far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of St. George, Washington, and Hurricane but close enough to participate in anything that you want to in any of the cities.
The hot tub is heated year-round. The outdoor pool is heated from April 15 to October 15. In March and the first half of April, and the last half of October and November, the outdoor pool may be heated for $175/day fee with a 2-day minimum. From December 1 to March 1 the outdoor pool may be heated for $199/day with a 2-day minimum.
Fifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of reservation date will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of reservation. Cancellations made within 60 days of the reserved date will forfeit 100% of the deposit made. All cancellations made before 60 days of the reservation will receive a refund of the deposit minus an 8% processing fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Once you have made a reservation with a deposit you will receive a rental agreement. Please sign the rental agreement to complete your reservation. Seven days before your arrival you will receive an email with check in instructions by email.
