This property allows for up to 7 vehicles: 3 in the garage, and four in the driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Any fines imposed by the HOA & City of Hurricane for violation of these rules will be levied on the guests.

A starter kit of toiletries, including trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent/ dryer sheets, shampoos/ conditioners, and body wash.

Pets are NOT allowed on this property. Any pet or presence of a pet will result in but is not limited to, a $300 fine. *Owners are highly allergic*

No gatherings or events with more than your reserved guests unless agreed upon by the management company in writing prior to event
Prior to approval of booking, a rental agreement is needed to be signed by the guests. The rental agreement goes over the rules and regulations related to the property.
