One dog allowed on a case by case basis at a cost of $25 additional per night. Additional cleaning fees may also apply. Please inquire prior to booking for pet approval. NO PETS ON FURNITURE PLEASE.

Pool may be heated at an additional cost of $75 per day. Please let us know if you would like the pool heated for your stay and we can invoice you separately.

This home has a gas pool heater. Heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Gas pool heaters are able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees.

Pool heating is available upon request for a minimum of 3 nights.

Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay here- location was great, accessible to plenty of things to do, grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed time at the pool too! Host is quick to respond and excellent communication! Would love to come back again!

Stay at Litchfield property

Loved the stay. Only suggestion, the shower curtain was a little grimy, this is where my daughter’s family were showering. Other than that it was a great stay!

Can not say enough good things about this place!! Except wished we would of booked for longer!! The Host and assistant are amazing. Communication was amazing. After one bad experience with VRBO, this place and the host were Outstanding!! Can not give you enough stars!!! THANK YOU!!

house was not cleaned as well as could have been. all bath towels were damp upon arrival and floors were not cleaned properly. house needs some deep cleaning and a freshen up all throughout. curb appeal was lacking

Pretty good. Could have been a little cleaner. The outside garbage was full. Hadn’t been picked up for a while. The tv in master bedroom couldn’t find the remote. Good location for the race and 93 birthday

Resurfacing Dust storm

Needed a property nearby for family emergency. The home served its purpose unfortunately it was a big traffic hassle with the resurfacing being done on N Dysart. Dust Storm literally blew a beer bottle into the pool and we don’t drink that was a narly storm. The house could use an upgrade on towels and a new garbage can in the kitchen the plastic garbage bag was holding it together. 😏

Had a great stay!

Had a great stay at this property. The pool worked out perfect with a large ledge/step that our younger kids were able to play on. The house was clean, communication was easy, and definitely met our needs for a spring break get away.

Great Stay!

Everything was as advertised. Very clean and spacious in a nice quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of towels and bed linens, including pool towels. Lori was very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay again!

Litchfield Park

A very comfortable home with a nice open floor plan. The kitchen was well stocked. We very much enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately, the fountains were not working. It is just a short walk from the house to to a nice park. We were bothered on a few occasions by the ongoing barking of dogs. Otherwise, the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Communication with the property manager was very good.

We liked the layout of the home, it’s location and the privacy of the backyard. I should of paid more attention regarding the “heated pool”. I was completely blindsided on the day we arrived to learn there was an extra charge to heat the pool.

Great house

We stayed here for the week with our 3 kids and my parents, and the space was perfect for us. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of space and the pool and pool toys were just what we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable and communication was quick and easy. Thanks for a great vacation!

Beautiful Home

My husband and I took our son, daughter-in-law and their 5 children to visit my parents who live in an assisted living facility. The house was the perfect size and the kids loved the pool. The house is well maintained and comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful Vacation Home

The home was extremely clean compared to many VRBOs we've been to and had all the necessities included like towels, bedding, pool toys, even trash bags and food condiments. Our family enjoyed the stay and couldn't have been happier with the home.

Overall great

Property was so nice! Owner was great with communication. There were some issues that the owner communicated in advance and worked with us regarding check in. Property was very welcoming and had every amenity and cooking supply we needed for our group. We would stay again.

Nice place and very roomie.. however....

So overall this place was great... I did have a few issues. I was charge a very expensive cleaning fee. When I got to the property there was a sign to put 2 sets of linnis in the washer before I go. It wouldn't bother me so much if I wasn't charge a cleaning fee. I dunno if I missed it, but it wasn't on the description that I had to do laundry... But overall great place , very clean and Lori was very responsive when I had a questions.

Enjoyed the pool and beautiful weather. Great location for us and stores close by!

We enjoyed having such an easy check in and departure. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. Our son and his wife were very happy with the gate around the pool since our grandson is 2. We would rent again 👍
