Welcome to our beach home — your perfect getaway on St. Augustine Beach! After years of visiting while our son attended Flagler College, we fell in love with the charm of Historic St. Augustine and the peaceful energy of the coastline. When we found this 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo with what we believe are some of the best 180° unobstructed ocean views in town, we knew it was something special.

In February 2020, we completed a full renovation to make the space comfortable, modern, and inviting — ideal for relaxing getaways or quality time with family and friends. Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise or winding down after a beach day, this home is designed to help you slow down and create lasting memories.

We loved our stay here! Communication was great, the condo was clean and as advertised, and a supply of coffee and sugar was provided. Beautiful view from the balcony! I do wish we could have left beach toys for other families to use, but other than that, no complaints. Would definitely recommend!

We’ve been staying at Minnie’s condo year after year and can’t get enough! Its decor makes us feel at home, the views are beautiful and we always have the best time. Minnie and Matt are always so responsive and accommodating. We can’t wait for the next visit!

Beautiful Beach Condo

The condo was incredible and a dream. Our family stayed for a week and loved every moment. Minnie has done a great job making this feel like a home away from home and the views are amazing. The place was clean and thoughtful and Minnie was so responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Location and Cleanliness

The unit has an excellent location with an expansive ocean view and good access to the beach. The unit was clean and had comfortable beds.

Amazing View

The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Online pictures match what you see in real life. The view of the ocean was amazing. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Warmer weather getaway!

Most favorably impressed from the moment we walked in. Clean, great decor, awesome view of the ocean, easy walking access to the beach, great deck to enjoy the view, comfortable beds, well furnished kitchen. Cannot imagine anyone NOT enjoying their time at this property!!

Amazing Views

The condo was beautiful, very clean and newly renovated. The view from the balcony was outstanding! I only wished we could walk to more restaurants and bars. 4 beach chairs would have been perfect, aside from that we had a wonderful time. Pool was great and beach access was very convenient 😎

Spacious with great view

We enjoyed staying at this spacious and nicely decorated condo with a great view of the ocean. The condo was a close driving distance to some good restaurants and the down town area. My favorite part about St. Augustine beach is all the friendly dogs that are allowed on the beach with their owners. St. Augustine Beach is very clean and I loves the naturally preserved dunes which tortoises and rabbits are wandering about right in front of the condo.

Lovely location with exceptional beach view

We really enjoyed this unit with its full, unobstructed view of the beach from the balcony, living room and one bedroom The host provided beach chairs and we could walk right out to the sand. The kitchen was well stocked including with a knife sharpener, which I don’t expect. We were here over winter holidays and could see the exceptional new years fireworks from the balcony. Because of the season, we didn’t use the unheated beautiful pool. A great beach location.

One of the best VRBOs

I wouldn't change anything about this property. It exceeded my very high expectations! Beautiful location on the beach with amazing views from the unit. A massive (double the normal size) balcony with comfortable furniture. Well-appointed, modern kitchen - fully renovated. Pleasant sleeping quarters with excellent mattresses. We really like how tastefully it was decorated! Enjoyed everything about the experience. I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

New Years on the Beach

Spending New Years on St Augustine Beach and in this condo was perfect. Condo was the right size for two couples. The view was outstanding. Early morning coffee on the balcony and watching the sunrise over the ocean was so peaceful. We didn’t cook but the kitchen came equipped with everything we needed. So many things were conveniently located within five minutes of the condo; grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, and restaurants. Master bedroom was very comfortable. Had no trouble in the condo and management and owner answered all our questions. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We will be back!!

Wonderful beachfront condo an AMAZING view!

My husband and I along with our three teens loved our first trip to St. Augustine Beach. The renovated condo is stylish, functional, and comfortable. The kitchen in really well stocked and while we ate out for all of our dinners, we could have easily cooked at home. The condo has amazing views from the living room and the master bedroom. The balcony is huge with a great table and chairs for playing cards while looking out at the ocean. We absolutely loved St. Augustine Beach and nearby St. Augustine.

Perfect beach getaway

The condo is smartly decorated and has a wonderful view. Kitchen stocked well but could use a larger frypan & pot. Condo facility is older but pools well kept and access to beach excellent. Will need to supply own beach chairs ( 3 small ones provided ) and umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owners was very easy. We hope to visit again!
