Very nice apartment, bright and very clean, well maintained. Location is great, next to several restaurants and supermarket, nice and safe building. Would definitely stay again!

Our Stay

Great location. Tons of restaurants & night life & shopping. Trader Joe’s across the street. Everything is in walking distance. Great view of sunset's.

The check in process was horrible it took around an hour just to get inside and parked. They charged a 50 pp after we have already paid for our stay. The checkout process was also not smooth. The master bathroom shower was leaking from inside the faucet of the sinks. The walls were scuffed up and marked. The other bathrooms shower handle was faulty and difficult to twist. Would not recommend unless this was your last resort.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the $50 fee mentioned is a building-imposed charge and not collected or controlled by us, and it is clearly disclosed prior to booking. Check-in timing and parking procedures are managed by the building and may occasionally take longer during busy periods, though we assist guests throughout the process. We also note that the stay was completed in full without these concerns being escalated in a way that would allow us to properly resolve them during the reservation. The post-stay dispute initiated after checkout does not accurately reflect the overall experience. We remain committed to maintaining high standards and addressing any issues promptly when given the opportunity.

Centrally Located Excellence

You cannot beat the location of this property. Smack dab in the middle of all the action with restaurants and shopping galore, and a wonderful rooftop pool. Brought a family of six there for three nights and had a spectacular time. Building security is helpful and you will be very secure here.

Great location

Communication was easy and Esma was always quick to respond. The unit was very clean, the beds were extra comfortable and the view, especially in the evening was beautiful. Trader Joes is across the street. There are many cafes and restaurants very close by. Wynwood is less than 15 minutes away.

My daughter was attending a summer camp in proximity to Midtown Miami. The condo has a westerly view and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the balcony every night. The unit had everything we needed for a two week stay. The front desk staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for sharing!

Wonderful Stay

We were impressed as soon as we stepped in the door. Everything was as described. The space was extremely tidy and well maintained- even the bed linen smell fresh and clean. The view was lovely and all the amenities were great. The pool wasn’t crowded and the common areas were clean. We loved sitting on the balcony. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. We didn’t have to travel much because everything we needed was in the vicinity. Saving this as a favorite to come back at another time.

The unit was okay for our stay, but if we had been in the unit more through the stay, it would’ve been a bigger disappointment. Firstly, great location and wonderful building employees. However, the unit needs work. Window cranks are broken so can’t open/close windows in at least one bedroom. The A/C never showed at less than 25 Celsius and no ceiling fans for air movement. Friends staying in other units had great A/C. The freezer door falls off when opened. It’s not a new problem as parts have been removed to expose the mechanism. No ice available despite an ice maker. Slow-draining sinks, iffy communication, burned out bulbs etc all made it less than desirable. No paper towels, body wash and not very comfortable beds round out the less than okay pieces of the stay. Also, not sure I recall any indication of 50/person fee due at check-in, but perhaps I missed it initially. As a vacation rental owner myself, I’d encourage the owner to invest some money and bring the place up to expectation.

-Plan to have your trip ruined. -Plan to have the check-in process take 1 1/2 hours plus. - Plan to have the desk clerk at the Condo struggle to help you because the Host has not given him any information about your visit… and plan to awkwardly stand there while he tries twice to contact the Host himself, only to get her voice mail. (Btw, the front desk is all too familiar with this Host). -Plan to have a Host that is ill prepared for your visit and who suggests that YOU (the guest) are being “dramatic” after multiple calls and texts attempting to locate the door key so that you can secure your belongings in the condo — (whoops, they’re not on the premises after all.. but don’t worry, they’ll just “leave them on top of your car.”) -Oh, also plan for the housekeeper to use the one and only parking space allotted for the condo, so that you can now go back and forth trying to park your car. Maybe after all that you’ll just decide to leave — which we did. One family, 3 hotel rooms and one missed reservation. Plus hours with Expedia (who was no help) and wasted even more of my time. I’ve asked for my money back since we did not end up staying, but the “Host” has refused. According to her I had everything I needed- except service and the physical keys to lock the door. I guess my expectations were just too high.

The unit was clean and well furnished. In spite of of being close to the airport, the unit was basically soundproof so it was nice and quiet. Esme proved to be an excellent host and was quick to respond when I had questions checking in. It was also nice that we didn’t have to take the car out much. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

The place was nice and in a nice area, but the balcony door would not open.

The place was nice and clean, but the balcony door wouldn’t open. We were not able to go outside on the balcony. Chairs were out there, but the door wouldn’t open. We like sitting outside in the mornings for breakfast, so this was disappointing.
