Oceanfront Condo w/ Spectacular Views

Life is better at the beach. Recently updated in the winter of 2023 - 2024. Located at the north end between Freeman Park and Carolina Beach Fishing Pier, our 3rd floor oceanfront home has everything you need to make the most of your stay in Carolina Beach. Enjoy panoramic views of the Ocean and/or Intercoastal Waterway while relaxing on the oversized covered porch. With room for up to 7 guests to sleep, your family and friends will have all the amenities you need.

Bed and bath linens are provided as well as access to in-unit washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor Shower area. Garbage and Recycling Disposal. Free Cable and Internet access. Private Beach Access for the building. One car garage and 2 additional parking spaces. Master bedroom with Queen and attached bathroom. Second bedroom with Twin/Full Bunkbed and Third bedroom with Queen share a bathroom.

Property requires seven night stay during peak season, Saturday to Saturday preferred. If still available less than 1 week out, dates may be reserved for stays shorter than 1 week (3 night minimum).

Hurricane Policy - If your property is subject to a mandatory evacuation order for any reason, you will receive a prorated refund for rent and taxes for any unused nights that the order is in effect.

Check in anytime after 3:00pm. You will receive a code to enter using the smart lock. Check out time is 10:00am. Late checkout may be available upon advanced request.

Animals are not permitted in our home unless agreed to in advance of your stay. Pet fee of $200.00 is nonrefundable. Smoking strictly prohibited in any indoor part of the premises.

Great place next to the beach!

This is a great condo, it doesn't get any closer than this to the beach. Amazing views, love the sunrises. Our family had a great time. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Beautiful views

The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our vacation great. The ocean views from the covered back porch are beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

This property is a delightul place to spend your vacation! First, Tom was great to work with. He answers messages very quickly and was always welcoming. The condo was spotless! The kitchen is fully stocked to make any meal you might plan. The furnishings gave the space a true beach feel. There were plenty of seating on the deck and the view was fantastic. The garage holds several beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach wagon, and a canopy. The ease of getting to the beach from the condo will improve when the sand is replenished in the fall, but even so, it was a fairly easy trip over the rocks. If you're nervous about that prospect, it is super easy to go thru the public parking lot, located right next to the condo building, and use the beach path in the corner of the pier parking lot. You won't regret your decision to choose this condo as your home away from home.

This condo has it all for your perfect vacation! We loved this place and will definitely be back! They have thought about it all from the beach things to having plenty of mirrors to get ready in front of! That may sound strange but when you have 3 girls it definitely comes in handy!! The garage with the unit was nice for being able to keep our beach items after being washed off. We walked down to Freeman park everyday and it was perfect for us! Walking distance to the Carolina Beach Pier Tiki bar and ice cream which our kids loved! The check in and check out instructions were clear and easy process! My parents spent everyday on the covered porch from watching the sun rise to relaxing before bed! Thank y’all for sharing your place with us!-Ashley

Family Reunion

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was recently updated and sparkling clean! A little farther than we thought from resturanrs and shopping but that was ok. Right next to Freeman Park! Would highly recommend to all.

Perfect location

This location was wonderful even though it was the last weekend in February we enjoyed a couple of near 80 degree days. The condo was clean, spacious, and had an awesome view. It was very convenient to grocery stores, shops, & 15 minutes from UNCW.

Relaxing

The location was great. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to it. Condo could have been cleaner. Bedsheets and bath towels had stains on them.

Beach front condo

The place was nice overall, definitely needs some tlc and updates. I don’t feel like the pictures gave me an accurate description. It wasn’t bad, just not quite what I thought it was going to be. The ac was super loud, I was afraid it was gonna give out. Tons of stairs to the second floor. It was a killer after sitting on the beach all day. Quiet location, super dog friendly area. Nice and close to the pier, but half of its closed due to past hurricanes.

Tom (host) responded on a timely basis. Great location. Almost perfect for our stay. I wrote a few minor notes for Tom but cannot locate them now so I’ll repeat here. The shower heads could be replaced because the water is hard on chrome heads and they are breaking down. There were a few sugar ants by the hand soap in community bath.Usually an owner will suggest bringing body soap and shampoo if not supplied. It would have been nice to have been prepared. Fortunately, the dishwasher pod was supplied. The day we exited the electronic entry lock blinked red. Hopefully the cleaning service notified Tom. The photos did not show the active new construction immediately next door. The sawdust “snowed” on the ocean deck (and us) pretty heavily with ocean breezes and the quiet vista was not as photographed.Disappointing as we were there for a friend’s funeral and we were looking forward to a zen experience. Lastly, there are two long staircases to arrive at #3. No elevator. Good to know if you’re lugging suitcases and a heavy cooler. I’m sure these minor details will be noted and attended to as Tom is a super host! You will enjoy his Oceanside condo. .

Thanksgiving weekend

We loved our stay. The property has everything you need with the best location, ocean views, easy access to the beach (there were no rocks to climb over), a huge deck and deck furniture to enjoy the fresh ocean air. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The pillows are flat, thus take your own if you like plumper pillows. The water had a very strong sulphur odor due to the well water, which dissipated a little running the water. Tom was informed and he is in the process to replace the water heater, which will resolve the issue. Apart from the pillows and water, the place is amazing and we hope to return in future.

Good value

We mostly had a good experience renting this property. It’s in a nice, quiet location and has a nice view. The unit itself was clean and comfortable and the owner responded promptly to any attempts to contact him. The only issues we had were the water smelling like sulfur and the screen door sticking and not staying closed. They are not reasons to not rent the place though. It was a good value overall. I would recommend renters bring plenty of bottled water and also their own pillows as the ones in the rental were not comfortable (the mattresses were fine though). All in all, I would rent this place again.

Beautiful views!

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The sunrises and ocean views are spectacular! We loved the oceanfront convenience! The condo was comfortable and their was plenty of room for 6 adults and a 3 year old! The condo was fairly clean but there was some trash left and the bathrooms could be a little cleaner. Having to cross over the large rocks at the beach access could be a little treacherous. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Ladies Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay. There were 4 ladies in our group, and we all found it to be extremely comfortable, clean and welcoming. The porch was large and had an amazing view. Didn’t matter rain or shine the view was breathtaking. Showers ❤️ Beds ❤️ Towels ❤️ Everything was seriously fabulous!

Beautiful view

The condo was very clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The view of the pier and the beach was just as pictured. I would highly suggest staying here if you have 6 people or less. We had 6 and it was plenty of room.
