Ubicados en una zona privilegiada de Panama City Beach, a poca distancia del supermercado y de varios restaurantes, los condominios Grandview East son únicos en cuanto a tamaño y comodidad de lujo. Nuestro condominio de 1,500 pies cuadrados tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y cuenta con muchas mejoras. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, amplio vestidor cerrado y un lujoso baño de gran tamaño con jacuzzi, ducha y WC separados.

El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas matrimoniales y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. Internet gratis (Wifi), lavadora / secadora estándar, TV por cable y DVD en cada habitación, y una cocina totalmente equipada completa la imagen. Grand View East tiene un gimnasio, una piscina al aire libre que se calienta durante las estaciones más frías y estacionamiento debajo del edificio.

El edificio ha recibido su nombre de la hermosa vista de millas y millas de playas de azúcar blanco y agua verde esmeralda. La vista desde nuestra terraza en el piso 15 es impresionante. Desayunará o verá puestas de sol desde la comodidad del amplio patio recién amueblado.

Excellent property and wonderful stay

Can’t say enough good things about this condo and vacation. Condo was super clean and the balcony view was the best. This was our 2nd stay in this condo and we would stay many more times!

Great Stay

8 of us stayed in this condo. It was very comfortable with plenty of room, seating and comfy beds. Well furnished, and a beautiful view. It does get warm in the afternoon, but you're on the 15th floor and who stays inside with the beach right out your door. Spring Break 2023!

Condo was perfect, the views from both the living room, master bedroom, and balcony are amazing. Information and pictures of condo are exactly what you get. The condo was clean and ready at checkin. Parking is across the street but no issues as there is a cross walk right there. Having two beach chairs and an umbrella come with the room is a wonderful added bonus. They do ask for your room number and name when you are at the chairs. There was both jet ski rentals and banana boat rides right next to use! Pineapple Willys is just a walk down the beach. Our week stay was perfect and this location will for sure stay at the top of my favorites and a return vacation for many ears to come.

We had a great time at this property! Beautiful view and everything we needed! Even a full closet of beach toys, chairs etc with a cart to haul it to the beach! One of my pet peeves is shower water pressure!!! This one in the master is FANTASTIC! If I had one small suggestion...throw away the older scratched up pans and get some new ones! Other than that it was awesome! Everytime we would come in after dinner or from the beach, the elevator was downstairs and the door open! If you have ever stayed at beach front condos before, you KNOW elevators can be an issue! These were a breeze up and down from the 15th floor! Worth every penny, we really enjoyed it! Master bed was very comfortable for me as well!

The View is MAGNIFICENT!!

This condo is on the 15th floor with the BEST view. It was decently clean (despite the cleaner not having time to finish), it has the basics that you may need, the beds are comfy. 3 rooms— the master’s view was wonderful. The other two are at the front of the condo with no view. We did notice that one of the beds in the room with 2 full beds seemed to be broken—or at least the headboard was detached. And that bed blocked the closet completely in that room. Not good if you have a big party. We had trouble using the TVs (maybe the remotes are dead, especially in the living room—it stayed on one channel the entire time?) but we managed without them. The beach service was GREAT — having 2 chairs and an umbrella each day was awesome and well used. Just remember to go down and reserve it each morning. I had to communicate with the owners quite a bit as we didn’t get to check in on time due to the cleaner not being done and some other issues. That put a damper on our plans since we had to wait much longer to check in than desired, but we made it work. I would stay here again just for the view, but I will make sure ahead of time that the cleaner will be done in a timely fashion! Overall, my family enjoyed the convenience of this condo’s location and the ease of getting in/out. We will be back!

This condo was great for our multifamily vacation! Very spacious and the location was perfect! We lucked out and had the BEST weather all week long and were me to enjoy the beach, pool, and meals on the balcony. My only complaint about this property was the cleanliness. Upon arrival, the condo appeared clean but our toddler found left over food pieces under the couch. Overall, we had a great stay and we would stay at this property again!

Beautiful beach views

We have no complaints about the place or the owners. The condo was well maintained and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. Communication with the owners was timely and friendly, I would not hesitate to rent from them again. On another note, Panama City Beach held some sort of event the weekend of arrival which resulted in several businesses closing early rather than deal with the ridiculous crowds. The police also shut down several streets around the condo, which turned a quick 10 minute trip to dinner an hour long wait to get through the barricades. There were several shootings in the area during our stay as well. While everything about the condo, owners and beach itself would normally have me coming back again, the environment in PCB was not suitable for my young children.

Beautiful Condo with an Amazing View

My husband and I stayed here with our 5 teenagers for a week. The condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious enough for everyone to have their own space yet cozy enough for everyone to have a seat in the living room/kitchen area. The view was fantastic from the veranda. Not only was the condo beautiful, but the beach was not crowded (like some of the other beaches in the area). We loved the memories we created at your condo, Pia! Thank you for sharing your place with us - we hope to be back at some point!

Awesome Location

This property was awesome! Right on the beach super nice rental chair guy (Ryan) size of the unit was huge balcony was awesome The only negative was the cleanliness and we spoke directly to the owner and she was super nice and very apologetic

A Restful Week

Beautiful, comfortable, well stocked condo. Large balcony with amazing view of the ocean. We started with some cold September weather but were fortunate to end our week with perfect beach weather. The owners were very prompt in answering any concerns we had. We were very careful to park only in the designated lots! Crossing the street from the parking lot was a breeze. Drivers were very quick to stop once the button for the lights was pushed. We were even blessed to see dolphins on our last day. We had a very restful, refreshing week and we give thanks to God for allowing us to spend this time together.

Beautiful!

This is a great condo ! It had everything you could want/need. It’s central location was great... close to popular restaurants and grocery. In previous reviews others complained about parking. We had absolutely no problems. Look forward to renting this unit again!

Great condo!

We had a beautiful trip over spring break in this condo! Views were amazing and the condo itself was wonderful. Reading previous reviews I had been nervous about parking but there are signs all over relaying which parking lot is the correct one and it has a sign there saying Grandview east orange parking. So that was not a problem at all. Ive stayed in places where getting an elevator is near impossible but there always seemed to be one available here. The beaches were clean and the water cold but beautiful. Enjoyed every minute!

Family Summer Vacation

The Condo was Awesome. It was very roomy so with 4 adults, 4 young kids and a 1 yr old it was perfect. The view was also great and access to the beach was very close. The condo owners were very nice and friendly and also the cleaning lady. The only down fall for these condominiums is the parking. They tell you that you have to park across the street which was fine, the first night we actually parked in the garage because we unpacked and with all the excitement we forgot to go back and move our vehicle but we were contacted by the owner and it was moved right away. However it just seems like these Condo's and the ones next door have some kind of scam going. The parking lot across the street is parking for both condo complexes but if you happen to park in a spot that is for the other condo's you get towed, with no warning notice what so ever, which is what happened to us. 1 out the 6 nights, not knowing, we parked in one of the parking spots that belonged to the other complex and they towed our truck. We had rented a pontoon boat for 8 am and when we get to the parking lot at 7:30 am our vehicle was gone. We called the number on the sign it was the wrong location so she gave me another number and no one answered the phone. Finally we found the maintenance guy for our condo, who was no help and quite rude, he told us to go talk to the guy next door at the other condos, who was rude as well and told us the name of the tow company and that it was 3 miles down the road. Our kids had already left for the Mariner so we had no way to get to the tow co. We couldn't find a Taxi so we had to walk 3 miles, in the heat, no sidewalks due to all the construction, very scary and dangerous and it cost us 130.00 dollars to get our truck back. We missed out on the pontoon boat that we had paid for but at least our kids and grand kids were able to enjoy it. Other than that, even with the storm that came through, our vacation was lots of fun.

Absolutely Amazing!

This was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in! The condo was clean and we had enough of everything we needed. Pia was very sweet and responsive throughout the whole trip. There were some things about the management company that was borderline ridiculous, but this didn’t stop us from enjoying the condo or the trip. The parking across the street wasn’t ideal, but for anyone staying here, just know in advance that it’s literally across the street and you have to cross the busy street with no crosswalks. This got pretty old after a couple of days, especially once it got really cold on our last night here. Also, if you rent any of the scooters or golf carts, these are not allowed at all to be parked on the property. This property is also a completely smoke/vape free property. If you are a smoker, and want to smoke/vape out on the balcony while enjoying the view, it’s not happening. You will have to go across the street to smoke/vape. There is also a 10 pm quiet time rule. This wasn’t really a big deal to me, but if you have teenagers or even children that stay up late, the noise would need to be at a minimum. Other than the management company and their policies and rules, my family and I really enjoyed the stay, and the view was breathtaking. Pia was great and so was the condo, just beware of the rules and parking in advance.

Wonderful stay at 1502 Grandview East

We would highly recommend this unit, it was superbly decorated, and very comfortable. The owners were wonderful to deal with and very helpful. The unit was well stocked with everything needed to make our stay great. This unit is perfectly situated to everything in Panama City Beach. We found some great restaurants and the beach is so close to the back door. We wanted to rent again from these folks, but our time at Christmas was already taken, we envy those folks their stay here.

What a view!!!

This condo is absolutely fantastic! When we walked in the door the straight on view was the ocean. We walked to the door and until we actually got to the sliding glass door it looked like the building was in the water. The condo was clean and the location was even better than I had hoped. You're up high enough you don't hear any beach noise except the ocean waves. I saw a dolphin (with the help of binoculars) from the balcony. Pia's communication was quick and detailed, we had no issues getting into the lobby or the condo. Next time we make the trip we will stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Great Condo!

What a great place. Clean! Beautifully decorated! Great view! Huge! Will definitely stay here again if it's available. Our family loved this Condo for our vacation. One of our family members is in a wheelchair. Plenty of room for her wheelchair through the doorways and in each room. We rented a beach wheelchair from a local company and We were able to take our daughter in law from the great condo, to the beach, and into the gulf. She loved it! Thanks for making our first family vacation since 2013 a great experience!

We stayed at the condo for a week and loved every minute of it. The view was breathtaking. On most days we were able to watch the ocean come to life with stingrays and dolphins playing. The condo itself was wonderful, clean and extremely comfortable. The owners and cleaning lady were absolutely wonderful. They were nice as could be. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. However, I do wish they would work on the parking situation. They definitely need more parking. But I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to get away relax and just enjoy time together.

We arrived on Jan-3rd and departed Feb-28-15. This condo provided my wife and I a home for 2 months we didn't want to leave. the MB and LR face the gulf what a spectacular view. the condo was clean and fully contained for our stay; centrally located made our stay remarkable. Located on the 15th floor the view was amazing we often got to see dolphins and people just having wonderful walks on the beach. We often cooked meals in the condo and eat out on the balcony enjoying the view and sunsets. My wife and I intend on returning again hopefully annually and staying 2 months at a time this honestly just felt like home to us. It's a spacious 3 BR and 2 bath plenty of room for a family. The walks on the beach just make this place perfect. The owner Pia is the best, easy to get a hold of and returns calls or emails and is always pleasant. You won't go wrong selecting this condo and it's views we miss it!!!!!
