Sunny Condo - Steps to the Beach - Key Colony Beach - Heated Pool

New renovation in Key Colony Beach oceanfront complex, with heated pool and private beach with amazing ocean views. Unit #5 is a studio condo featuring a brand new kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). Relax on our private beach and enjoy Sunset Park right next door. Beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills for guest use. Impeccably clean and sanitized

The space
Newly remodeled studio condo sleeps 4. Full size, well equipped kitchen with all new appliancesr & custom granite counter top. Bathroom has walk-in tiled shower and new vanity. Two brand new, bamboo comfort mattresses on queen sized beds are inviting you to sleep on crisp, 100% cotton sheets and bedding, for a restorative rest after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick, high end cotton towels. A laundry basket is provided in the unit & on-site, coin-op laundry machines are available. Fresh linens, bath towels and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you!
We pride ourselves on keeping our condos super clean and fresh, promising a great Keys experience!

Guest access
You'll have full use of our beach, lounge chairs, tiki huts, BBQ grills, heated pool and grassy areas. We even have a shuffleboard court if you're up to a fun challenge!

Other things to note
If you would like to rent kayaks or bicycles while you are here, Bike Marathon Bike Rentals will deliver them to the Continental Inn. Kayaking in and around Key Colony Beach is a wonderful way to enjoy the water. At low-tide we have a huge sandbar to the West of KCB (about 10 minute kayak away from our condo beach) where you can beach your kayak and explore the shallows on foot. You'll spot huge starfish, spotted eagle rays, small tropical fish and lots of other surprises. We have a bike rack on the side of the complex and a kayak rack down by the beach for use during your stay. Bike Marathon Bike Rentals will also pick up the kayaks/bicycles when your trip is complete. You can call them direct to reserve and schedule delivery

Perfect! Loved the condo! Exactly as described and pictured, easy check-in and check out, condo was perfectly clean. The condo furnishings are modern and great quality, kitchen had everything we needed including full-size oven and refrigerator. Brand new bathroom with beautiful, clean finishes. Wonderful onsite pool and beach with comfy pool and beach chairs - didn’t need to go anywhere to just relax and enjoy the sun and water. Condo is just steps away from both pool and beach. We couldn’t have been more satisfied and will certainly return. Thank you!

Christmas break in the keys

We came down to the keys for a few days and this condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean, it was in a great little beach community and it was a great location for what we had planned. The owner was very easy to communicate with as well.

Family Weekend

We stayed with our 4 year old daughter for a long weekend. Place was clean, convenient and had everything we needed. The beach area was amazing and my husband and daughter spent hours snorkeling there. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

We had an enjoyable stay here. Check in was smooth and Kim was very responsive. We enjoyed the sunrises on the beach and the sunsets at the park nearby. We liked walking through the neighborhood and even saw a manatee!

Awesome Location

My family of 4 had a great time! We visit Marathon a couple of time per year but this was our first time staying at the Continental Inn. The property is clean and staff is friendly. Our unit was in great shape and a perfect fit for us. The host Kim is very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Very nicely updated unit in an older complex just steps from watching both sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. Beautiful pool and private beach, along with lots of nice walking paths in this neighborhood. Host Kim and the onsite staff were very kind and always available. We would stay here again.

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was small, but very clean and newly furnished. Key Colony Beach is a nice community, walk over to Sunset Park for the sunset. Close by is Sombrero Beach, perfect for swimming or fishing. We would definitely recommend staying here.
