Tropical Beachfront Condo Key Colony Beach - 3 night Minimum

All new renovation, ground floor condo just steps from our private sandy beach and heated pool. Festive, tropical decor will delight your senses and soothe your soul. Condo features a gorgeous new bathroom with walk-in shower and plenty of extra storage and counter space. Kitchen has brand new appliances and cabinetry, stocked with everything you need to cook full meals. Relax on the back balcony or private beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills for guest use.

Guests will enjoy two brand new, queen sized beds with crisp, 100% cotton sheets and bedding, for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick, 100% cotton bath towels. A laundry basket is in the condo and on-site, coin-operated laundry machines are available 24-7. Fresh linens, bath towels and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you!

We pride ourselves on keeping our condos super clean and fresh, promising a great Keys experience!

All Guests have full use of the beach, lounge chairs, tiki huts, BBQ grills, heated pool and grassy areas. There is even a shuffleboard court if you're up to a fun challenge!

You will have complete privacy during your stay. The property manager lives just a few blocks away and is available to assist with anything you might need.

If you would like to rent kayaks or bicycles while you are here, Bike Marathon Bike Rentals will deliver them to the property. Kayaking in and around Key Colony Beach is a wonderful way to enjoy the water. At low-tide we have a huge sandbar to the West of KCB (about 10 minute kayak away from our condo beach) where you can beach your kayak and explore the shallows on foot. You'll spot huge starfish, spotted eagle rays, small tropical fish and lots of other surprises. There is a bike rack on the side of the complex and a kayak rack down by the beach for use during your stay. Bike Marathon Bike Rentals will also pick up the kayaks/bicycles when your trip is complete. You can call them direct to reserve and schedule delivery

Nice place and very quiet private location. Good beach/ocean front area to relax and enjoy the waves. Great spot to watch sunrise and right around the corner within steps of the parking lot, Sunset Beach was a great spot to watch sunset. Short drive to restaurants.

Perfect Middle Keys getaway.

Perfect location. Amazing sunrises from the private beach. Clean, comfortable room. We turned off the AC, opened the windows, and enjoyed the sea breeze during our stay. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Exceptional as always. Our second stay in a different unit and it didn’t disappoint. The amenities can’t be beat with a private beach, pool and the cleanest BBQ grills you’ll ever cook on. This property is extremely clean. I am already looking forward to our next stay.

Great location for a family get away!

Amazing comfortable place in a very quiet location away from the craziness of Key West but within distance to everything. My family arrived at the condo with relaxation on our mind and this place delivered. Great view of Sunrise from the beach, there is a park next door to watch Sunset from. The pool was a great break from the salt water. Everyone we meet was friendly and great company. We would definitely come back! Loved every minute of it and our accommodations were perfect! Clean, comfortable and easy to get in and out of each day!

Nice little getaway

We enjoyed our stay! Would have liked to have a broom in the room to be able to sweep up sand etc. But, besides that it was great.

Florida Keys Family Vacation

This was the perfect condo for our first family vacation to the Keys over New Years. Perfectly & centrally located on Marathon. Kim and George manage the property with great class and took care of us all week. Great restaurant recommendations. We will be back!

4 days in paradise

We spent 4 nights during mini lobster season..the atmosphere was amazing.the property is well maintained and very clean. This small condominium has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable, perfect location

This place was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were both updated. The pool was perfect for floating and the beach was amazing. I’m not used to sand beaches in the keys - it felt indulgent. They kept the whole property clean and manicured. Sunsets a walk around the corner at Sunset beach and sunrises from our own beach chairs while sipping coffee. We’ll be back!

Beautiful Area to Stay

The condo was so comfortable, with everything we needed. We loved having the small beach and pool to relax in at the end of the day. Great area with lots of restaurants nearby! Kim was extremely helpful in providing lots of information and answering all our questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice quiet location

The room was nice and clean and it’s right on the water. It was nice to be able to walk into the water and rinse off before coming in. The pool is close to the room so you’re right there. I like that it’s close to everything but it seems like you’re far away because the traffics is not to close. Comfy and convenient for us.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time at this property! The location was perfect. We enjoyed the proximity to a great beach to watch sunsets and relax. We felt incredibly safe in this neighborhood and walked to the Sunset Beach and enjoyed the nightly program they have there. We didn't have to reach out to Kim with many questions, but when we did, she was very responsive. I would say our only disappointment was the kitchen supplies. The description states it has "everything you need" when really I felt it was missing a fair amount to make the kitchen as useable as we would've liked. There was only one washcloth and towel for doing/drying dishes (and nothing really dried in the humid weather). There was only salt, and no other spices, which usually are available in other places I've stayed since for short stays, it's not ideal to have to buy the "general cooking spices" such as pepper, garlic salt, season salt, oil spray, etc. No potholders for cooking anything in the oven. Other than this, we absolutely LOVED our time at Key Colony Beach and this property!

Amazing

This was our 1st time going to the keys and this property was AMAZING! The property is very clean and everyone was very friendly. The teen girls floated in and snorkeled in the ocean most of the time we were there. The host was very responsive to any question I had! Hopefully will be back sooner than later 🌞
