Impeccably Clean Key Colony Beach Condo Oceanfront Complex

Impeccably clean with beautiful new furnishings in private condo. Ocean front complex with heated pool and private beach. Condo has king bed, new bathroom with walk-in shower and kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook complete meals (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). New smart TV with free Cable/Wifi and smart speaker for music. Relax on the private back balcony or beautiful private beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills for guest use.

Gorgeous condo sleeps 2 with new king sized bed and crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. Kitchen is all new with granite counter tops and new appliances. Bathroom has walk-in shower and all new tile and cabinets. We also provide thick cotton, high-end bath towels. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you! We pride ourselves on keeping our condos in top condition with constant maintenance and upkeep. Our housekeeping services are impeccable and you'll find this condo sparkling clean and sanitized upon arrival.

You'll have full use of the beach, lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki huts, BBQ grills, heated pool and grassy areas. There is even a shuffleboard court if you're up to a fun challenge!

If you would like to rent kayaks or bicycles (and related equipment) while you are here, local vendors will deliver them to the property. Kayaking in and around Key Colony Beach is a wonderful way to enjoy the water. At low-tide we have a huge sandbar to the West of KCB (about 10 minute kayak away from the condo beach) where you can beach your kayak and explore the shallows on foot. You'll spot huge starfish, spotted eagle rays, small tropical fish and lots of other surprises. The vendors will also pick up the kayaks/bicycles when your trip is complete. You can call them direct to reserve and schedule delivery and pick-up.

You can see the beach from the front balcony and the beach is right at the other end of the building We did not use the pool. The room was impeccably clean, and yes. we would stay again.

Perfect Keys getaway for couple

The Key Colony condo was awesome. It’s set in a cute condo community in a lovely neighborhood. It’s walkable and a great place to ride your bike around.The condo was immaculately clean. I’m super picky about a clean place and boy did it deliver. It was very comfortable and had everything you needed. Towels, tv, kitchen. The beach was a quick walk from the condo and super convenient! They have grills that someone cleans every night! The beach area was wonderful for tanning and picnicking. Overall, this was an amazing stay and would recommend highly!

Clean and well equipped property in a great location. Nice beachside seating. Around the corner from great sunset views. Extremely helpful and communicative host. Good base for two to enjoy the keys.

Great Accommodations

Continental is perfectly located in Key Colony Beach. All units are impeccably maintained. Management is on site and always available to address any needs or provide advice regarding local activities, shopping or dining. Will be returning again next year. Highly recommend.

Perfect Place

Very clean and tidy place for a quick getaway. The grounds of the condo were perfect. Nice beach and barbecue area. Extremely nice pool area. Check in easy. Host very responsive and nice (saw her around the property several times). Just a nice place to spend some quality time.

Great property and location

Kim was fantastic to deal with, communication timely and specific to our inquiry. She also provided some very helpful local knowledge. Marathon was a great central location in the keys as a home base. And Kim’s unit was in the fantastic area of Key Colony, well equipped and good size kitchen. Complex has a beautiful beach and large heated pool. We enjoyed everything about our stay, but one of the most memorable was a short walk (1 minute) to Sunset Beach to experience the local community sunset celebration. A well-attended nightly event that is a must-see (we went 3 times).

Beautiful place

My husband and I stayed here for our 15th wedding anniversary. It was a beautiful place to stay. The beach was very nice, everything was so clean. We were able to watch the sunset at the park next to the condo. All the restaurants were great. I would recommend kim’s place to all my friends. If you are looking for a quiet beautiful tropical type place to stay, i definitely recommend the continental!

Perfect little condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Continental Inn. The condo was clean and decor was bright and modern. Unit 11 is on the second floor next to the farthest unit from the beach, and location was perfect. The sand is literally steps away and we loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning while listening to the wind in the palms and birds singing. The bed was comfortable and the AC cold. My only suggestion would be a different shower head because the one there doesn’t offer much pressure. I have long thick hair so it made washing my hair a little time consuming :) Kim was a great host and loved the tips and suggestions she provided for navigating the community and recommendations on dining. This was our first trip to the keys and we plan to be back!

Wonderful Stay

The condo was very well appointed with a keen attention to the little things. Everything felt fresh and clean. We appreciated the individual charging stations on each night stand. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook-in (though salt and pepper shakers were empty during out stay). and the location is great with several restaurants just minutes away. Key Colony Beach is a beautiful area with a small village feel. The beach area is clean and private with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc. We highly recommend!

Very Relaxing

The location was in a very nice, quiet spot and we enjoyed such a relaxing environment both inside and outside the condo. The pool, the beach, and the air-conditioned room were all great for us and we had an amazing time. Very thankful to Kim for having us and keeping such a well-furnished and clean property.

Perfect Vaca Spot!!!

We were so impressed with our stay at the Continental! Perfect location, the beach was the best on the strip, and the room was clean and had everything we could have ever needed! Loved every second of it!

Nice clean condo with great location

Kim was very helpful in making sure we did not have any issues on our check-in day. Condo was just as pictured, clean and well-furnished with kitchen supplies. The complex was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed being steps away from Sunset Park, the walkability of the neighborhood/area, the pool, and the lounge chairs by the ocean. It was very helpful that beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were provided in the unit. We were also happy that all of our towels were replaced halfway through our seven-night stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great relaxing spot!

This condo was a great spot! It is decorated well and had everything we needed. The pool and private beach were lovely. Key Colony Beach is a great family oriented place to be. Great restraunts are close by. My husband played golf at the 9 hole par 3 course that is just a couple blocks away from the condo. Sunset Park was a perfect place to watch the sunsets and it is only a half a block away. We also enjoyed Sombrero Beach for a day of swimming. We hope to come back and would definitely want to stay in this condo again!

The management was prompt.

When we arrived, the refrigerator didn’t work but the property manager had a repairman there the next day. Then the next day the refrigerator quit working again. They replaced it with a new one that day. The management was very efficient.

Lovely coastal stay!

My boyfriend and I loved staying here for a long weekend getaway in the Keys. It was our first time visiting, and this was in a prime location! Private beach is just a few feet away from your room, and it offered the best sunrises and sunsets. The room was spotless and Kim offered great local recommendations for restaurants as well as excursions in the area.

Very clean mid-Keys accommodation

Good base from which to explore the islands. Very nice and warm pool. Immaculate accommodations and well equipped kitchen. It’s a studio apartment and was very quiet. AC was a little musty upon arrival, but that might be the norm for FL. A little ventilation solved the problem.
