Nautical Charm - Oceanfront Complex Key Colony Beach w/Heated Pool

Impeccably clean, newly updated Florida Keys condo in Key Colony Beach ocean front complex with heated pool & private beach. #12A is a beautiful condo with a crisp, clean interior featuring nautical decor and kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). Enjoy glorious sunsets from Sunset Park right next door. Our condo complex has a beautiful private beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki huts and BBQ grills for guest use.

Studio condo sleeps 2 within steps of the beach and pool. Renovated bathroom has walk-in shower and plenty of storage. Comfy king sized bed with crisp 100% cotton sheets for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick cotton, high-end bath towels. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival.
We pride ourselves on keeping our condos impeccably clean and fresh. We promise a great Keys experience!

If you would like to rent kayaks or bicycles while you are here, Wheels-2-Go will deliver them to the property. Kayaking in and around Key Colony Beach is a wonderful way to enjoy the water. At low-tide we have a huge sandbar to the West of KCB (about 10 minute kayak away from the condo beach) where you can beach your kayak and explore the shallows on foot. You'll spot huge starfish, spotted eagle rays, small tropical fish and lots of other surprises. There is a bike rack on the side of the complex and a kayak rack down by the beach for use during your stay. Wheels-2-Go will also pick up the kayaks/bicycles when your trip is complete. You can call them direct to reserve and schedule delivery.

We will return!! Wonderful place to stay.

Highly recommended!! We stayed for a long weekend middle May, 2025. Our host Kim was outstanding with a wealth of local knowledge and restaurants. 5-Star hospitality!! Thank you Kim. Located in the back of an upscale quiet community on the ocean. We felt very safe & secure. Facilities were extremely clean & maintained. Just as presented on VRBO. Very few people which was nice for our get away. Everyone we passed spoke and were extremely friendly (on and off the property). Their private beach was only a few minute walk from our room to watch the sunrise on the ocean every morning. BBQ grills were extremely clean (spotless) for anybody to use. We brought kayaks and felt safe leaving them in the back of the truck. We dropped them in at Sunset Park which is almost right beside our stay. (Great place to watch the sunset.) We kayaked 10 minutes to the sandbar just across the channel and had it to ourselves to soak, relax and snorkel. We regret not getting in the pool, it was there for our use. We were very pleased and would return stay here again. Many plusses.

This was just what we were looking for. A private ocean beachfront in a small resort. It was clean and landscaping around area beautiful.. Kim the hostess was on site and answered questions and was wonderful. Location on Colony Key was perfect. We enjoyed Sunset Park and the fun time gathering as the sun went down..

Perfect 1 bedroom efficiency

This 1 bedroom efficiency w/ king size bed, couch and eat in kitchen was perfect for our 4 night getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a quick breakfast and even had 2 Weber grills on the beach that were very nice and were being used every day! The beach area was fantastic. The property was very clean and well maintained. They even had luggage carts to help you haul your things from the parking lot to your room. We were able to sign into our YouTube TV account & there was no issue with the internet (sadly I had to work one morning). I would absolutely recommend staying here and would book again if staying on Marathon.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Nautical charm. We had every amenity needed and were walking distance to our private beach. Kim, our host was very responsive and answered all questions immediately. Will definitely be back.

Everything we could want for our first visit to the keys

Wow!!! Great host. Awesome communication. Great condo. Had all we needed for our home away from home. Comfy king bed. Great kitchen. Even made brownies while we were there. Ocean view looking to the side from our balcony. Nice warm pool right outside our door and private beach100' from our door. Lots of beach chairs and lounges with big umbrellas and tiki huts. Awesome sunrise from our beach if you get up early enough. At the end of the day, walk out the parking lot and short walk to the adjacent beach and join the.community for the evening sunset ritual that you only find here at colony key. Great location on the keys. Just over an hour drive to key west. We loved the hop on/ hop off trolley there with extra add ons of aquarium, shipwreck museum etc. Then had to hit no name pub on the way back up for best pizza we ever had. Bottom line, this vrbo rental gave us everything we needed for our vacation. Kim does an awesome job. We lived the nautical decor.

Great Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Key Colony Beach. The property was spotless and had everything we needed to make several meals. The outside area of the property was well maintained. We spent our time at the nice beach area. There were plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables. The beach was just as clean as the rest of the area. Kim was a delight to work with. She even sent out an email detailing a fly over by the International Space Station while we were there. She sent out great directions prior to our arrival and the suggestion to stay under the speed limit was great advice. We will definitely stay here again.

Peaceful getaway

Gorgeous faculty and impeccably clean. Nicely updated room on bright nautical colors. (It’s just like the photos and description.) It is an older building but that means good bones and sound proof rooms. Love that it’s on the Atlantic with a private beach. Also just steps away from Sunset Beach which you must experience the nightly neighborhood gathering. Quick access to the main road but far enough away for the residential feel. The room had everything we needed to cook in when desired. Linens and towels were high quality. And the bed…we slept so soundly. We definitely will be back. We don’t enjoy the business of a resort so this was much more our style. Everyone we talked to who was staying there though out the week was so kind and friendly.

Florida Keys Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. Location was awesome. Easy to access beautiful beaches, snorkeling and other activities. Food / restaurants were nearby. Appreciated Kim’s recommendations for restaurants choices and bike rentals. We were steps away from the beach….enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The studio met all our needs, very comfortable.
