This Panoramic Beachfront Studio includes two fully equipped private rooms located in the heart of the Hotel Zone, giving you instant walking access to all the top attractions and one of the best beaches in all the Hotel zone. Including a private pool, access to the beach, 24-hour reception, and free parking. The Main Suite has a panoramic 270 degrees ocean view with a breathtaking sunrise from the balcony, beach view from the room window, the kitchen, and even from the bathroom. The secondary double room features a beach view from the main room window, bathroom, and the terrace, including a beautiful sunset on the Nichupte lake. A unique configuration that will allow you to experience a breathtaking sunrise on the beach in the morning and an amazing sunset on the lake in the afternoon all from the comfort of your apartment.

Nightmare experience

Definitely the most unpleasant vrbo stay, had to leave early as apartment was flooding through the windows. There were several roaches found. The bed skirts were dirty and stained from previous flooding. There was as mold on the back of the curtains from previous flooding near windows. we had to use all the towels to stop the flooding. Building staff was nice but building is very outdated. Elevators were small and only accommodate 3 at a time. Owner only gave a refund for days we did not stay, we feel he did not do the right thing, would highly recommend skipping this vrbo.

I understand the inconvenience and discomfort this caused. Regarding the issues you mentioned: Flooding: The unusually high winds and heavy rain from Alberto led to water seepage, which is not typical. I've since taken measures to improve window sealing. Roaches: I maintain regular pest control, but extreme weather can drive insects indoors. I've scheduled additional treatments. Building condition: While the building is older, I strive to maintain comfortable accommodations. I'll share your feedback about the elevators with building management. Refund: I offered a full refund for your unused days as soon as you communicated your desire to leave due to the storm. I also recomended you to check VRBO's policies regarding exceptional weather events. I genuinely regret that your experience didn't meet expectations. Your feedback helps me improve. I hope you'll consider that this was an unusual situation due to extreme weather, and I did my best to accommodate you under challenging circumstances.

Beautiful Beach Retreat

The property was lovely and close to everything we needed/wanted to do. The only complaint we had was the master bedroom did not have a comforter so we were freezing at night. The pool/staff and accommodations were lovely & nothing could beat the view.

Amazing property

You’ll be amazed when entering the room it’s exact as it’s showed in the pictures. You’ll have an incredible beach view also in the Condo you’ll find a lot of utilities for your stay.

The Paradise

This place is what paradise means. The pictures here are good but seeing it in person was priceless. The view will leave you speechless and dreamy. This condo is in a prime location and it is convenient for all the clubs, stores, and restaurants especially the beach. It’s perfect for a girl's trip, bachelorette, and family vacation. David is very informative and helpful. If you need anything, David is very responsive and available for all the help you need. This is one for the books and will leave you feeling that you need to be back asap. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience paradise. It is worth every penny. We will be back!!! 10000% recommend this place! Thank you for having an amazing place, David.
