Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time to 6:00 PM, instead of 3:00 PM.
The property will only accommodate the number of adults listed on the reservation. Any additional guests not listed on the reservation will not be admitted.

Each guest must provide a valid form of identification upon booking and at check-in.
This property does not host bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar events.
This property is located in a residential neighborhood, so guests are asked to refrain from making excessive noise.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as it was at check-in.

If you leave the property late or outside the agreed-upon times (10:00 a.m. on the last day) without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a fee of 55€.

A penalty of 150€ will be charged to your security deposit if you smoke inside the property.
