The Pelican at Magnolia Beach

Relax, take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway by the bay. Fenced backyard. Fish all day, catch crabs at the at the crabbin bridge, or bask in the sun. The Pelican is a cozy cabin within 5 minutes of the beach for swimming, great fishing, boating, crabbing, shell hunting, or just soaking up some sun. NO PARTIES and NO FIREWORKS allowed on property. Bring your bicycles or golf cart to ride to the beach. There are folding chairs, beach bag, and towels available. We are a shell beach and water shoes is recommended in the water. Small dogs are allowed with a pet fee.Please pick up yard after your pet. Do not discard in our trashcan. Please dispose offsite. No pets on the furniture or left uncrated while unattended. Fish or other game animals must be cleaned outside only and must be hauled away by renter and not allowed to be left in trashcan. BIG DISCOUNT UP TO 50% FOR LONG TERM RENTAL SEPT. TO MAY ONLY. We have stayed here a handful of times. The owners of this property go out of their way to make sure that it is clean, comfortable and has everything you need to make your stay great. It is our go to vacation rental on our trips to Magnolia Beach.

Weekend getaway

Super clean, quite, fun weekend getaway spot. If your a fisherman or family looking for a place to stay with plenty of stuff to do this is it. The owners communicate very well. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

Great place to stay!

Loved this little house, very roomy and has everything you need. Very clean as well. You can see the water from the back porch, and they have a really cool wine bottle wall for privacy. Owners are very responsive. I hope its available every time we plan a trip to the area as we will definitely book again.

The Pelican is everything one would need. Great place to relax and unwind. Short distance to Magnolia Beach where we took late night strolls (& a lil skinny dippin'!) Had a fantastic weekend and we will definitely visit "our M&M" house again💚

Cute Cottage in Excellent Location

This was our second stay at this fabulous cottage. The owners keep it stocked with anything you might need except your clothes and any food and drinks you wish to enjoy during your stay. We will be back for future stays. They even left us a card for our anniversary along with snacks and a bottle of champagne

The Pelican House is a great location, on a quiet street and is located a few blocks from the beach. The bed is comfortable. The house has everything you need besides your food and drinks. It is clean and unless it’s foggy you have views of the water from the beautiful back porch (my favorite spot). The owners are pet friendly and the Wi-Fi is great. Love this place so much we have stayed here multiple times

Great little house

House was great. The smell of the freshener they use was really strong-didn’t care for the smell. Other then that, it was a great little house. Would definitely rent again.

Couch was different (smaller) than the photos and my friend had to sleep on the ground.Keypad was already aligned with the code so anyone could have opened it and got the key.

Tiny house for big relaxation

Spotless tiny vacation house with plenty of amenities for a relaxing stay. House is exactly as listed, walk to the beach in 5-10min, plenty to do around the area. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice Place

Very nice house. For such a small house it did not feel crowed at all, since is was laid out so well. Quiet neighborhood and great views of the lake and bay. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. This property is in a fabulous location with great views from the back porch. The owners supply all the items you may need. The bed is amazingly comfortable. We will be staying here again soon

Cottage Getaway

Perfect getaway Cottage The cottage is located on a very quiet street, we enjoyed the back deck just reading and enjoying the bay breeze, watching a variety of birds. Place was simple A-DOR-A-BLE!

This was our first time using Vrbo and were hesitant about the reservation after reading someone’s bad experience and just hoped for the best in our rental. When we arrived at the front door and were able to access the house, it was such a relief! Entering the home, you can see there was a lot of thought put into this home. Everything you need is there. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay and hope to come back someday. Highly recommend.

Lovely cottage

My husband and I had a very relaxing stay. The bed was a little soft for me but my man has no complaints. The cottage is stocked wirh everything, full kitchen, beach towels, games, wifi, bbq, extra pillows and towels, even plasric bags to collect shells from the beach. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit again.
