Nuevo en el mercado para la relajación de verano de 2019. Esta es una casa de playa de 2 dormitorios / 1 baño con una bonita propiedad ajardinada, patio cercado, grandes árboles de sombra y césped verde para relajarse con comodidad mientras aún tiene una vista espectacular del Old Town Lake y Magnolia Beach en la cubierta elevada. La casa tendrá capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente y tiene nuevo aire acondicionado / calefacción central, Dish TV y WIFI. Pisos recientemente actualizados, recién pintados en el interior y nuevos revestimientos y molduras recién pintadas en el exterior. No fumar y no mascotas.

Property owners take wonderful care of this cottage super clean super accommodating. Made my time out there perfect for the turnaround I worked.

10 year get away

Cozy weekend end get away. Beautiful home with everything you need for the weekend. We loved the old book about Indianola! Only suggestion is maybe get some updated maps/brochures for guests, but we found everything just fine. We will recommend to others.

Excellent cottage

110% accurate description!! Actually had an opportunity to speak with the host...and got great insight to the local fishing hot spots! I will DEFINITELY be staying there again.

Magnolia Beach Gem

Wonderful little cottage that was just the right size. Great outdoor space with beautiful carpet grass. Plenty of room to park both truck and boat. Kitchen was fully equipt with eveything we could possibily need! We will definitely be returning!

Cozy and Peaceful

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. Very clean and kitchen well stocked for all our cooking needs. Quick drive to the beach and to the marina for some fishing.

Nice house for our weekend stay

We brought our young grandkids for the weekend. Magnolia Beach wasn't so great for young children...probably more of a fishing beach. However, the home was very quaint. It had everything we needed. We loved the fenced yard and beautiful grass!

Home Away From Home

We had a lovely time at the little cottage. It was clean and had a wide variety of amenities available. The property was well kept and the inside of the house was clean and smelled fantastic! We took our boat and the drive way was easily backed into and long enough for truck and trailer. I wish the check out time had been a little later, since you do have to strip the beds, wash, dry, and put away the dishes and take out the trash before leaving.

What a gem!

My wife and I and a friend stayed here for a quick two night fishing trip. Perfect does not capture how great this house was. Everything we needed was there and the elevated porch with views of of the water was a perfect way to spend the afternoon. Even in the July Texas heat, the breeze made it pleasant to be outside. A perfect property!

Another trip to the beach

This was our second time staying here and it was as good as the first! Easy to get to, close to the beach, and very clean. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean, cute and quiet!

This clean, cute house in a quiet neighborhood was just what we’d hoped to find. Everything was there to make our stay a relaxing, enjoyable vacation. It was a just a few blocks to a great beach and marsh land. We plan to visit again and will highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable retreat.

Memaw's Beach house

Charming cottage, beachy decor. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. More amenities than anyplace we've previously stayed. TV reception was unbelievably bad and we couldn't figure out the Blueray. Enjoyed the backporch and the deck, however we were disappointed that we had no water view. Pictures shown led us to believe we would have a good view from deck and I was assured by Host that we would have that view.

Great stay!

Had a great time. Easy and convenient location. Quiet and perfect for our family. Everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfasts. First time visitors to Port Lavaca. Would love some more info available in house for how to fish there. Since we have no idea what we are doing. Haha. We will be back. Thank you for a great house.
