Situated on one of the liveliest area in Lyon, at a few minutes walk from Lyon's Presqu'île and Place Bellecour, you will definitely enjoy the calm and comfort of this freshly renovated 20m² apartment.

It is on the ground floor, street side, very close to the famous Piscine du Rhône (biggest outside swimming pool) and Rhône's banks.

Equipped with air conditioning for more pleasant temperatures in summer !

You will stay in a small but cosy living room with an HD TV and a sofa bed (140*200cm), a great fully equipped little brand new kitchen.

There is also a charming mezzanine sleeping area (height 1M15) with a 140*190 bed, reachable with stairs and its fun hanging net to relax !
Downstairs, there is a nice bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

IMPORTANT : des travaux dans la rue sont actuellement en cours et peuvent occasionner des nuisances sonores en journée

WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18E (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
