Your large, private deck is perfect for fresh morning air and a cup of coffee to start the day. The interior boasts ample upgrades including fresh paint and new flooring throughout, and all carpet has been removed and updated. The well-equipped kitchen has new cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, as well as counter seating and a dining table that is perfect for family-style meals. The living room has been updated as well with new furniture, including a sectional sofa bed, new end tables, and a coffee table. The newly installed 55' smart TV provides ample entertainment.

Lovely bedrooms are perfect for retreats on days in. The primary bedroom features a new queen size bed, dresser, and nightstands. A 42” smart TV is also installed here. In the secondary bedroom, new twin beds, a dresser, nightstand, and a new 42' smart TV create a pristine environment. Both baths have new vanities, lighting, and mirrors. Hairdryers in each are perfect for beach and pool days. Central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer are provided too, along with free WiFi that lets you share highlights with those you love back home. Conveniences for the little ones in the group include a new high chair and Pack ' Play.

THINGS TO KNOW
There will be construction in the community from October 2023 through the spring of 2024. There will be noise related to various projects such as roof repair, piling repair, exterior painting, and road repair, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

Great stay!

This was a beautiful place for a vacation. Plenty of amenities upon arrival and a comfortable condo. Everything is new and updated, comfy bed and pillows. Very clean. Good big TV in living room area with cable. Everything you need is only a short drive away. Very calm and peaceful at night. We hope to stay here again!

Great home away from home. Layout and furniture were great. Don't know about everyone else but we enjoy having at least one tub and this house has two. Also enjoyed that there front door was towards the back so it gave us a bit more privacy. We really hope to book it again once the new calendar is released.

House was hard to find when we arrived but once we found it the house was beautiful. Plenty of towels and soap for each shower. Rooms, and bathrooms were spotless and kitchen was super clean. Would recommend this house for 2 people and more if necessary because of the guest room with two extra beds. Fantastic stay, and we will be doing it again!

Perfect getaway

With everyone looking for a safe way to get away from home, this was the best. Even though the weather didnt cooperate and not all the indoor pools were open, we still had a great time at the private beach, parking was easy, and the pool wasnt crowded. The property managers were responsive and helpful. The only thing I would say would have made the visit better would have been sufficient dishware for our party of 6 and some basic kitchen goods like cooking spray and salt/pepper, sugar. The listing said kid friendly but all the dishware was glass or breakable. Otherwise, we had all we needed and the food options around were great.

This house needs some work

The clean beach which is well maintained. The transport trams, the pools. The house needs some real renovations. The kitchen needs to be reequipped. The furniture was dated and torn in parts. We found toys between the cushions, dirty socks left in drawers, macaroni and cheerios behind the couches. This is clearly a house that is not used by the owners but is used for rental only.

Good, but needs a few updates

We loved the large outside table and inside table that fit all 6 of us. The tram was easy to take and there was a pool right nearby. Beds were comfortable. Good to have washer.dryer and Keurig! Sofas and chairs in living room need to be updated as they are quite stained. Need more regular sized bowls. Oven was smoking and emiting fumes when we tried to use it.
