Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great location and amenities

Loved sea colony in general with a ton of activities for the family. The place was clean and located right on a lake. Plenty of space for five of us and both kids enjoyed having the loft area as their bedroom.

Spacious and clean

Loved the AC and how fast it cooled down on such a hot week. The stove top was old and challenging to cook evenly but it worked. There’s plenty of towels and pillows, but only 1 small trash bag.

Lovely cozy condo

The owners of this condo are taking great care updating it with new deck furniture and appliances. It's cozy, with a great location on West Lake - terrific view - and is well stocked with dishes and cutlery.

Great location

The location of the unit is great within the property and in proximity to the beach. The unit is dated. Could use a good face lift inside. Also, there was no dishwasher soap or kitchen towels in the unit.

Wasn’t the worst. Wasn’t the greatest.

I was charged an additional cleaning fee despite the place being left dirty. The outside patio was not cleaned, with dirt and leaves everywhere, making it unusable. There were no paper towels provided. The kitchen and front door areas had an ant problem; a single ant trap was present but ineffective. Dirt was left on the kitchen window above the sink, and the carpets were not vacuumed, with no vacuum available for me to use. Overall, the place was okay but definitely in need of some updates.

Nice location but needs to have small annoyances taken care of

The unit was nicely located by the lake so it was isolated and quite. However there were little things that kept us from giving it a five star rating, these included; lack of table on porch, there was a table umbrella on the porch but no table, why? The stereo unit in the living room was broken and wouldn't play cd's. The owners obviously were aware as they had unplugged it, but when I plugged it in and tried to play cd's we brought the CD player wouldn't work. How difficult would it have been to replace it with a new affordable unit. Cabinet doors under the sink were broken and wouldn't close properly. The entrance door would jam and you had to pull it hard in order to open from the inside. All these are little things that easily could have been taken care of but detracted from what is otherwise a nice unit in an excellent location.

Lovely location

Quiet area at back, nice view from lake. Enjoyed sitting on deck and watching the swan. Unfortunately the washer and dryer weren't hooked up and we had some other maintenance trouble. Home was nice.

It's a nice place right on the lake, and close to Sea colony tennis courts

It seems to have everything you would need for a family vacation. The only thing would make it 5 star for me would be an espresso coffee machine and enough toilet paper to last 2/3 days.

We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely rent again.

The place was clean and a lot more spacious than I imagined. Comfortable beds and furniture. Enjoyed coffee, in the morning, out on the deck which faces the lake and it’s very peaceful and quiet. Will definitely text again.

Spring escape

We had a wonderful time and the home was very lovely. Our only suggestion would be an update with pots/pans/spices in kitchen. They pans were VERY scratched. Everything else was perfect, we would certainly return!

Cozy weekend getaway

My teenage daughter and I were looking for a small place for the weekend in October and this place fit our needs. Check in was quick and easy. The condo was clean and located in biking distance to the beach. We didn't use any of the amenities. The unit could use some updating and it wasn't clear on the website that it was a second floor condo not a townhouse, so I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.

Sea Colony week

A great first stay in Sea Colony. Very friendly and convenient to the beach, pools and tennis. The toothbrush holders in our bathroom was coated with sticky toothpaste and the molding around the front door was broken off and leaning against our front door. Otherwise, it was as described. The lakefront allowed our boys to fish every morning and the adults to enjoy drinks in the evening. We look forward to coming back.
