Lovely birthday trip

The location is perfect and everything in the unit was in lovely! The layout worked well for a long weekend with our adult daughter and her fiancee. We enjoyed short drive to Harbour Town for lunch at Quarterdeck and nightly walk to Jamaica Jies next door fir a glass of wine.our nighly walm

Very relaxing escape. Villa well appointed and oh what a view! Very quiet even with a little construction work. Will definielt stay again in the future! Also appreciated the emails and texts from the rental host wirh detailed instructions and the extra perks of beach equipment, towels and bikes!

The property was ideal for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo itself is exactly how it appears in the photos, and the view is even better. We had beautiful weather and spent our late afternoons out on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by!

Wonderful ocean view!

We had wonderful family time. Beautiful view of the beach/ocean. We were lucky to have a full moon over the ocean!! We enjoyed watching the bunnies come out of the dunes onto the grass below our balcony. The villa was modern and clean. We would love to stay here again.

We had such a great time. This property is so much closer to the beach than you could imagine. Also, right next to the property is a ramp that goes all the way to the beach. Perfect for wagons or wheelchairs. Couldn't have been better!!

Overall, the stay was excellent. Wonderful beach view, cozy setting; just what we wanted/ needed. Lots of kitchen utensils, etc. Only one little quibble: The bed was a bit sunken in the middle. Not as comfortable as one would expect.

Enjoyed it!

Family & I did an impromptu getaway, and stumbled upon this place. Kids enjoyed it. Great quiet location, view is awesome. Appears to be an older place, but the renovations are modern and well done. The load of beach chairs and toys stashed in the room were a nice surprise, if only we had known that, could've saved some vehicle trunk space. ;) Thanks for the stay!

Fabulous beachfront stay

Fabulous beachfront location, easy beach access, serene pool. Condo and grounds immaculate, and kitchen has all you need to cook meals in. We greatly appreciated the free beach chairs and bikes, used every day of our stay. Only feedback is to ensure updated door code is emailed prior to arrival, include TV remote instructions and printed channel guide, and organize kitchen a little better (and provide a few additional essentials such as spatulas and steak knives). All in all very pleasant and relaxing stay and we hope to stay again.

We loved the villa! It’s so convenient and the view was amazing. The property was well maintained and clean. While the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes , etc, there was no dish detergent and only 2 dish washer pods. The property provided carts to make loading and unloading easy. Would stay there again -plenty of room.

Great vacation spot

This rental was overall pretty great. Very spacious, everything in working order, great location (closer to the beach than it seems in photos), updated and modern, easy beach access as well as close proximity to restaurants, grocery, and entertainment! We really enjoyed our vacation here. My only recommendations would be access to a vacuum, even just a hand held, and a Swiffer wet mop. Having a little one who crawls and finds every little thing really makes clean floors a priority! Otherwise everything else was wonderful! Thank you for sharing this great property!

New favorite place at HHI!

This was the first time I was able to find an ocean front listing at HHI outside of a resort setting. Since 2020 we have only stayed at the Omni and Westin Resorts due to the conveniences, cleanliness, and reliability in expectations. The check in process was super simple and straight forward. The checkout process was simple as well. The listing was exactly as described! The view was one of my favorites that I’ve ever had! Nothing but sand dunes and the beach! Absolutely gorgeous. Our ages ranged from 9-45 and everyone LOVED the unit. Short walk to the parking lot, pool, and the beach. We were there during spring break and expected it to be loud and crowded. It was neither - it was quiet and not at all busy! Everyone in the area was super friendly & hospitable. We had 2 very minor plumbing issues and the rental property was extremely quick in responding which means so much! Will be saving this listing for the future.

The condo unit was great as was the complex. Very easy to navigate. We were pleasantly surprised/thrilled there was a Keurig in the unit (listing only mentioned a Mr. Coffee type unit, UGH). Would definitely return.
