Welcome to our beautifully remodeled villa, located just steps away from the sand on Hilton Head Island. This tastefully designed home provides convenient access to the beach, gated pool, and all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The coastal ambiance of the surrounding area is brought indoors with neutral floors, renovated bathrooms and kitchen, beautiful built-ins, crown molding, and newer appliances.

The living room features a double sleeper sofa love seat and reading chair, as well as an entertainment center with a TV/DVD/CD player, beverage refrigerator, serving bar, and mesmerizing ocean views. The balcony is just off the living room and provides private steps down to the beach. The master suite also offers access to the balcony and has a private bath, king bed, and TV. The second bedroom includes two full beds, a TV/DVD player, and direct access to the main bath with a full bathtub/shower combination. The open dining room seats up to eight and provides stunning views of the ocean. The renovated kitchen is stocked with beach-themed plates, platters, glasses, cookware, and utensils, ensuring everything you need to entertain in style.

After a day of fun on the beach, relax on the oceanfront balcony and enjoy one of the best views on the island. As you step down from the private oceanfront balcony, you will find a lush grassy area for play and relaxation. Sea Cloisters is an oceanfront property with wide sandy beaches, gently breaking surf, and of course, the ocean. Our villa provides access to the expansive and private oceanfront pool (for owners and guests at Sea Cloisters only), with sundecks and lush semi-tropical landscaping. You will enjoy the privacy this location affords. If you need restaurant ideas, tee times, bike rentals, court time, fishing charters, historic tours, beach yoga, a private chef, or any other recommendations, just contact one of our vacation planners at the check-in desk. Weekend get away

The property and location were great. Unit right on the dunes and next to pool. There is a problem with the ceiling in master bedroom but did not detract from the stay.

Not worth it

The view and deck were great. The unit was grubby. Papers on the floor, peeling paint, moldy ceilings, filthy stove, the covers on the furniture were faded and stained, the comforter on the bed was ripped. I emailed the property manager to ask if there was a Keurig, she emailed back that it looked like it from the pictures. There wasn't. A picture had fallen off the wall and was just set on top of the couch. I use VRBO all the time but this makes me think twice.

“Please note that this unit changed hands in November, 2022 and has been given a complete facelift with deep cleaning, fresh paint, new decorations, bedding and furnishings, all adding a vibrant, beachy feel. The new owner invites new and prior guests to come enjoy the unit which provides the most direct access to the beach via a private staircase from the oceanfront deck.”

Never Again

The air conditioning in this unit is very subpar. Even with two Fans going in the master bedroom at night the room stayed extremely hot, which made it very difficult to sleep. The temperature in the condo many times stayed between 74 and 76° even with the blinds shut at all times. the master bathroom is extremely small. We also had several maintenance issues during our stay. We feel this unit is extremely overpriced.

Views and Proximity to the Ocean & Pool were amazing- Villa needs improvements

The view from the decks was beautiful overlooking the ocean and the villa is a very quick walk to the pool. The main bathroom in the master bedroom had a large hole in the ceiling with no explanation prior to our arrival. We called maintenance who came out the next day and let us know that there had been some recent water damage caused by a unit above, he put a plastic sheet over the hole for the remainder of our stay. There was also a very strong scent of maple syrup in the kitchen area which led us to believe that there must have been a previous spill somewhere that needed to be steam cleaned to get rid of the strong smell. The unit has noticeably been partially renovated, I think that it has the potential to be a 5 star property based on the location and views once the water damage/ceiling is repaired and some additional renovations are completed. I would stay again based on location & view, the staff at HH Properties were friendly and did follow up.

Wonderful stay for families!

Sea Cloisters 108 is the perfect spot for a beach getaway. It's a simple, short walk to both the beach and the pool. The maintenance man, Elio, deserves a large raise for taking care of the rattlesnake that wandered onto the property (not a common occurrence)! Providing beach/pool towels is clutch for families with limited packing space already. The rental company checked in by text every day. It was very comforting to know they were attentive if needed. Hopefully one day we can stay there again!
