Welcome to Sea Cloisters 108, in Hilton Head's Folly Field area! The villa's coastal charm shines through with neutral floors, renovated bathrooms and kitchen, elegant built-ins, crown molding, and modern appliances. Sea Cloisters is located right on the oceanfront, offering immediate access to the wide sandy beaches, the gentle breaking surf, and the vast expanse of the ocean.

Accommodations:
The master suite features a king bed, TV, private bath, and balcony access, while the second bedroom has two full beds, a TV/DVD player, and direct entry to the main bath with a tub/shower combo.

Living Spaces:
The living room offers a double sleeper sofa, reading chair, entertainment center with a TV/DVD/CD player, beverage fridge, serving bar, and stunning ocean views. The open dining area seats eight with breathtaking ocean views, and the renovated kitchen comes fully stocked with beach-themed dinnerware, cookware, and utensils—perfect for stylish entertaining.

Outdoor:
Step onto the balcony for private beach access. Staying here gives you access to an expansive oceanfront pool with sundecks and lush semi-tropical landscaping.

Weekend get away

The property and location were great. Unit right on the dunes and next to pool. There is a problem with the ceiling in master bedroom but did not detract from the stay.

Not worth it

The view and deck were great. The unit was grubby. Papers on the floor, peeling paint, moldy ceilings, filthy stove, the covers on the furniture were faded and stained, the comforter on the bed was ripped. I emailed the property manager to ask if there was a Keurig, she emailed back that it looked like it from the pictures. There wasn't. A picture had fallen off the wall and was just set on top of the couch. I use VRBO all the time but this makes me think twice.

Never Again

The air conditioning in this unit is very subpar. Even with two Fans going in the master bedroom at night the room stayed extremely hot, which made it very difficult to sleep. The temperature in the condo many times stayed between 74 and 76° even with the blinds shut at all times. the master bathroom is extremely small. We also had several maintenance issues during our stay. We feel this unit is extremely overpriced.

Views and Proximity to the Ocean & Pool were amazing- Villa needs improvements

The view from the decks was beautiful overlooking the ocean and the villa is a very quick walk to the pool. The main bathroom in the master bedroom had a large hole in the ceiling with no explanation prior to our arrival. We called maintenance who came out the next day and let us know that there had been some recent water damage caused by a unit above, he put a plastic sheet over the hole for the remainder of our stay. There was also a very strong scent of maple syrup in the kitchen area which led us to believe that there must have been a previous spill somewhere that needed to be steam cleaned to get rid of the strong smell. The unit has noticeably been partially renovated, I think that it has the potential to be a 5 star property based on the location and views once the water damage/ceiling is repaired and some additional renovations are completed. I would stay again based on location & view, the staff at HH Properties were friendly and did follow up.
