Located in Sea Colony's Edgewater House (with indoor pool and fitness center) and just steps to the resort private beach and oceanfront pools, this coastal getaway's one-level layout features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs, DVD, Keurig, library of books, board games, Wifi. Notes: Wood flooring throughout, with carpet in the bedrooms only.

Great space, but disappointed by a lack of cleanliness and functioning appliances.

This property was very nice, once it was properly cleaned and appliances were functioning properly. When we arrived, after 4:00 pm, the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned, which included coffee grounds in the coffee maker, dirty windows, a moldy bathroom shower, off of the master and beds that either had no or used linens on them. After a walk down to security (business hours were over at check- in entrance), a cleaning team arrived and did an excellent job; however, another person was to come bring us fresh linens. After spending time enjoying the town, we came home to find the linens still did not arrive. After another trip to the security desk, the linens arrived after 12 am the next day, so we had to put the linens on. Later that morning the washing machine was not working. I called Vacasa and a very nice man showed up to adjust the door on the machine, which then worked. Later that day I tried to use the dryer, which was not working. I called to address it. The maintenance man that arrived was nice also, to discover the breaker for the dryer was off. While he was there we asked him to fix the TV because we could not connect it to the WiFi. He discovered that the cords were not installed correctly. After day three, everything else went smoothly. Vacasa did compensate us and for that I was thankful.

We love Sea Colony Edgewater House & have stayed at several units there. Edgewater House seems to be the only building with sliding glass doors to the master bedroom on 2 bedroom units that's why we like it there. It is a quiet community but convenient to a lot of things; Bethany Boardwalk; Rehoboth Boardwalk; Ocean City Boardwalk; Assateague Island & the wild horses; Berlin MD (which is a cute little must see town) and so much more. The unit is as portrayed on the site. Open & spacious. With all the amenities needed. Right by the elevator which was a plus. We only ran into 2 issues; 1) we weren't giving our reserved parking spot # when checked in & when we called they said we didn't have one so we double checked with the security guard and he tracked it down for us. 2) we called about our AC filter needing changed (we were a little worried) & they never showed while we were there. But all in all had a great relaxing time.

Great vacation spot!

Sea Colony is a wonderful place to stay! The grounds are beautiful, great private beach, pools, and tennis courts. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. View was amazing.

Overall, a great two bedroom condo, with great views, etc. I know during these difficult Covid times, it was short staffed, so have to say, the cleanliness of the condo was not great and a little disappointing, especially the bathrooms
