Wailea Ekahi #16-C is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront ground floor unit. It has a huge ocean view, split system A/C throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer. There are 2 flat-screen TVs and free Wifi. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a twin murphy bed in the living room. Both the master bath and guest bath feature walk-in showers (no tubs). For outdoor activities, Wailea Ekahi #16-C is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Wailea Ekahi features six community grilling stations around the property available to guests. Sleeps up to 3.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Wailea Ekahi Village is a 34-acre beachfront complex. The beautifully manicured grounds offer enchanted walking paths to the beach. Hang out at Keawakapu Beach in front of the village, play paddle tennis or shuffleboard, or swim in one of our four swimming pools--one of which is an oceanfront pool with a pavilion and BBQ grills. The pavilion is a gorgeous space to gather with friends or just hang out. Features include a modern open kitchen, BBQ grills, fitness center, table seating both shaded and sunny, a book lending library, and showers with changing room for pool users. The famous Wailea Beach Walk passes directly in front of Wailea Ekahi Village and leads to more beaches, shops, and restaurants. Wailea Resort offers golf courses and tennis.
Important Note: A property-wide exterior painting project is scheduled for August 2025 - September 2027. Extension ladders, scaffolding, and pressure washers will be visible at certain locations around the property during this time. This building will be affected April 15-27, 2027. Please contact our office with any questions. **

The amazing ocean view and tucked away privacy is most appealing. Also the great communication and ease between ourselves & Rentals Maui Inc made this effortless. The fitness center was an added plus as well as I've recently taken up running & the equipment was perfect for what I needed. Can't express enough how perfect this place is. Looking forward to staying here again!

Fun in the sun

Wailea Ekahi was an absolute dream. Perfect location with short walk to the beach. My toddler loved the beautiful green space right outside of our unit. Everything was walkable to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at the Wailea Ekahi! The property is quiet and relaxing with well maintained lush landscaping, an amazing beachfront pool and pavilion on a beautiful long beach. The beachfront pool was so relaxing and never too crowded. The covered pavilion is the perfect setting for an all day or evening hang out with a kitchen, fridge, bbq’s, tables, bathrooms, pool shower and water/ice (open 8am - 10pm). There was also a fitness center. We preferred to move our car closer to the beach/pool since we were lugging so much gear but the walk is doable if you’re able to walk on a slight slope. Plenty of people walked down and back up throughout the day. The lawn area behind the condo is perfect for a family to let kids run around. The lounge chairs on the patio are great and we ate outside on the table every day. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and matches the photos. The kitchen was well equipped. While there’s some quirks (small bathrooms and a firm bed) it’s a wonderful place to stay. The communication with the property managers was excellent. Unfortunately the bedroom AC was broken but they quickly sent someone out and provided a temporary AC unit. The check in/out info was also helpful. The Wailea beach walk, resorts and several additional beaches are nearby. Restaurants/shopping are a long walk or quick drive away.

Need additional beach related items and existing items need to be replaced. Pavillion was closed and private beach access was closed. Community grills in our area were not functional. Construction noise next door for entire stay. AC in bedroom did not work for the last 3 days of our stay. Property was clean and relatively convenient.

Ideal Rental

Our stay at Wailea Ekahi was fabulous and wished we could have stayed longer. Our unit was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. Our unit had a view of the ocean and was a short walk to a beautiful pool and beach. We’ll be back for sure!

Comfortable King bed, 2 full baths, well equipped kitchen and a lovely lanai to watch the sunset. We got our steps in daily walking down the hill to the beach, but once down there enjoyed the amenities Ekahi had to offer. Plus it was fun to walk the wailea boardwalk or the beach towards Kihei. We love the area!

Lovely property with a warm beachside pool. Location was perfect on beautiful long beach and adjacent to walking path. Unit was well equipped and very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful view

This unit was in a great location on property- a short walk to the pools and beach. We also loved the beach path! The unit has everything you’d need from cooking, space for lounging and nice bathrooms. We had a wonderful time!

Great Wailea Condo

This was our second time in Ekahi 16C. Unit was clean, nicely appointed. Loved the two bathrooms! Nice walk to the pool and beach - a bit of a haul for us 75 year olds. We had an issue with the washer. We call the maintenance number and someone was out in 10 min to fix the problem. I was very impressed. I would stay here again,,!

Perfect stay

Building is conveniently located within larger property making it easy to find and near enough to the beach and pools while high enough to have a view. Very well stocked with everything you will need and very comfortable all around.

Very Nice Getaway Place

This was our first time staying in Wailea and we thoroughly enjoyed the more quiet, lower key atmosphere compared to Kaanapali. The property is lovely and has a great pool/common eating area right above the beach. Our condo was just right for the 2 of us, although I would have to say that the 2nd bathroom would be a struggle for someone who has trouble maneuvering around small spaces. We appreciated the chairs and umbrella for use on the beach. Location was a short drive to restaurants. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Beautiful Condo in Ekahi

This was our first time at Ekahi Village and the experience was amazing! The condo was very nice and well equipped. Loved the pool by the beach. Such easy access to it. Close to shopping and restaurants as well!

About 5 min walk down to the ocean and 10 min walk back up the hill. A bit pricey but worth the money as on one of the best beaches in the world.
