The Condo is beautiful, super clean, with a fantastic view of the pond & golf course. Situated conveniently between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach so there is plenty to do in the area. Our host, Val, was always available if we had any questions and with recommendations for things to do during our trip to make our stay more pleasurable. We stayed for over a month and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Val is an excellent host and made us feel right at home.

Family Vacation

Great vacation property

This condo is super nice. Conveniently located minutes away from beaches and wonderful restaurants. Rooms were spotless. Val Sposi was super helpful and communicative. Pool was just down the road and really nice. This rental is worth every penny!

This condo was quiet and comfortable. It was well equipped with everything needed to work remotely and provided respite from the busyness of a city. The owner was kind and the golf course was beautiful. If someone is looking for a peaceful getaway within a picturesque golfing environment, this is a nice option.

Liked location of Brunswick plantation. Golf courses were good. Nice place to walk. Quiet.

Beds were very soft, our backs were hurting. no storage in kitchen for a 3 week stay, poorly lit for reading anywhere.

Hi sue, i’m sorry you did’nt notice the emply cabinets in the back room for pantry space. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchen needs so i use the back cabinets for my pantry items when we’re there for longs stays. Beds are a personal choice , i find them perfect after a long day. Regarding the lighting which there is plenty, maybe a brighter bulb would of helped your reading enjoyment . Hoping you enjoyed the nice weather golfing and enjoying the beautiful area and beaches. My family is looking forward to our trip down to enjoy the great view of magnolia 8. Val Sposi

March getaway

My husband and I stayed for the month of March to escape the last of the Vermont winter and get a head start on our golf season. Our stay here was wonderful from start to finish. The condo was very comfortable, clean and spacious enough to accommodate a couple of friends who also joined us for a little while. We had everything we needed. The community is beautiful and great for walking and the golf course there is great also!

An absolutely wonderful experience!

First off Val is super quick with communication and gives many sggestions on things to do! The condo was immaculate and cozy with a balcony overlooking a pond with turtles in it. The pool was also amazing! If you are looking for some where quite but is close to everything you would want this is the place. I will definitely be staying here again. Did I say Val is amazing? You wil not regret stayin at Val's place!

Best condo, Best trip!

My husband, adult son and I had a fabulous stay. The condo had everything we needed. The central location was perfect for us. We visited Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Calabash, North Myrtle, Little River, and Shalotte. All were an easy drive. We enjoyed the updated interior of the condo and the view from the porch was wonderful. Highly recommend! We’ll be back again.

Wonderful for family of 6

The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook meals at night. And loved there were enough room around the kitchen table for all 6 of us ( all adults). The first thing I noticed was the lovely clean scent of the condo, the hand soap was nice too. Typically you have to bring your own hand soap! Super clean and comfortable! The pool was super close and was clean and refreshing. We definitely plan on returning! Thank you for a great place to stay.

Great Family Getaway

Nice condo and beautiful grounds. I would give the overall experience 4.5 stars. The condo was very clean and looked like the pictures on the website. Location was good, but a little longer drive (15-20 minutes) from Sunset Beach than described in the listing. Beach and community pool were both very family friendly and clean! A few things listed as provisions weren’t actually available (no dish soap or trash bags), but we were able to easily purchase close by. Great pre check-in communication, but slightly disappointed with the text response time (next day) and brevity to a couple of questions/issues with WiFi during our stay. Other than the very minor inconveniences aforementioned, this condo met all expectations. It was overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great Golf Trip

Another great time

We stayed here in 2019 and were glad to see that everything was the same. Quiet place in a gated community. The security scanner was new to us and it definitely speeds up coming back onto the property after a fun day out. This really is a great place to stay as it is just a 15-30 minute drive to get to all parts of Myrtle Beach. Thanks !

Home away from home

The condo was beautifully decorated and super clean. During our stay enjoyed breakfast on the patio and we’re entertained watching the turtles and birds. My daughter was excited to see a small gator swimming in the pond outside. It had all the necessities and then some. It is located across the street from the pool entrance and a short drive to Sunset Beach. We would definitely book this property again!

This condo was super impressive. The little extra amenities that eased the initial arrival, super clean, beds pretty comfortable and the view was nice. The beaches were within 15 minutes. John the property manager was so helpful. We loved the small country communities and a Food Lion within a mile or two. My family will definitely be back!
