Enjoy the comforts of our family-oriented four-unit condominium property located in the heart of South Padre Island and steps from the beach.
this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is unit #2 located on the left side of the first floor with open Living space, living room, kitchen, and dining room.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has 4 single beds. (two sets of bunk beds, best suitable for kids/teens )The pool area has room to lounge and catch some sun. This area is shared with all 4 units. (small swimming lap pool)
Check-in is 4 PM-11 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM this gives the Clean Team time to prepare the space for you and the guests coming after you.
We reserve the right to retain the security deposit in total or partially in case of non-observance of the house rules or damages. Maximum capacity 6 people, registered guests only.
Complete booking only if you AGREE to the following:
NO Pets, smoking, parties/events (outdoors smoking allowed)
Quiet hours 11 pm-8am WILL EVICT if not observed, NO REFUNDS.
parking for 2 cars, non-authorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense
This is a family-oriented vacation home, only registered and paid guests are allowed. Recording devices in use at entryway/driveway and poolside area.

The property was not maintained accordingly. There was mold in both of the bathrooms/ showers. The dinning table was not suitable for practical use (it was small and of poor quality not suited for adult size people). The couch was old and worn out/ over used. The exterior security lights did not work.

Good stay

It was a nice unit for families, convenience of 2 bathrooms. The pool is smaller then the picture. It is a lap pool. My son who is 13 years old when swimming his arms would hit the edge of the pool. It needed some minor repairs like one kitchen chair felt like it was going to break and the toilet seat needed to be repaired. The beds were very comfy. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would stay again.

Summer vacay

Location is excellent. Beach entrance is super close so that was great. Trash from the other units was there all weekend and smelled horrible the whole time.. We had to park against the trash cans. And all 4 trash bins are on that side. Roofers are working on the roof next door and debris from the work is everywhere on that side of the property. The pool area is in bad shape. I actually picked up around the pool before my kids came out. Pool is just a lap pool and not for family. Weeds are badly over grown along the fence line. It also states everywhere that there is no smoking allowed but they have ashtrays in the pool area They have two propane pits but old charcoals are in the pit. There was also only two rolls of toilet paper provided for 6 people for the weekend, one in each bathroom. ( we always bring our own for just such a dilemma). All this can be fixed rather easily. Just needs a little more attention and it would be awesome. We hope they do that.

Enjoyed our stay. Super convenient location. Condo is clean & well-maintained & comfortable on the inside. Our only complaint was when on 2 separate occasions on the same night, large pieces of palm trees fell near us and our cars. These were not just fronds, they were very large and heavy pieces. One fell near the entry door where my husband daughter had just been sitting and petting a stray cat. This piece was about 6 ft long, but we were able to move it easily. The other piece fell later that evening partially landing on my son's car. It was about 4 ft long but thick & heavy. Very lucky there was no damage to the car. Would recommend staying on top of palm tree maintenance. Other than that we had a great time. We would stay here, again.

Very Accommodating!

We arrived in South Padre to find our original house that we rented was unlivable and found this perfect property for our 3 families. Master Bedroom is spacious with king beds, kids rooms either had 4 bunks or a queen, which we all fit fine. 2 full baths for privacy per unit. Kitchens were a little small for our Christmas dinner, but we made it work. Pool was nice to cool off. Central location to all bars and restaurants and a very short drive across the bridge to more options. Short walk to the beautiful beach! Management was very helpful.
