Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master, two queens in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 12. We also have the 3BR unit next door should you need more space.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please call or email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Four friends stayed here for a beach trip. It was comfortable, clean and even had beach floats and chairs to use. The view was stunning from the balcony and we spent a lot of time out there looking at the ocean. Would recommend this condo.

This place was absolutely wonderful. It is even better than the pictures(which is rare). Our family of 12 wanted to stay another night but they were booked. We will be back!

Condo was nice and spacious. The patio overlooking the gulf was amazing. The only slight problem we had was the detailed cleaning of the condo. From dusty furniture to disgusting air vents in the bathrooms and moldy shower heads(just two, not all). All that can be fixed very easy but these are the things you don't want to see when spending extra for a location on the beach. Condo was spacious and beds were not great but okay.

We love Phenoix West properties

Great condo, great stay, great vacation. There was an issue with the ac, but it was a building issue and without even having to reach out to the property owners, they reached out to us and made right on the issue. No complaints!

Fall Break family vacation

We booked at Phoenix West for the second year. We love all the amenities and proximity to the beach. The units are spacious and love the bigger balconies. Such a great place!! 2306 was perfect for our family. We had two families & the condo was clean & came with basic starter supplies. Beds were perfect for our needs. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, and hand towels. We had the best time & would totally stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation location

The property and amenities were wonderful. Orange Beach makes for a wonderful family vacation, even during spring break. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could possibly want or need. The pictures and virtual tour was extremely accurate, but actually being there was even better. I was a little concerned about reviews complaining about the elevators, but we had no issues during our stay. Totally loved it, and would definitely stay at the same loacation again (and probably will). Perfect for our family.

Needs Some Updates and too crowded.

The check in was easy. The deck furniture was nice. The dining room furniture was also very nice. General decor seems nice but the couches and chairs seem worn with the swivel chairs showing noticeable dirt. There was no ice maker scoop, pizza cutter or plastic bowls. Wash cloths were supplied however some seemed to be well used. There was black mold on the primary shower grout and one of the guest rooms had a blue comforter that was ripped on a corner with stuffing coming out. It was a holiday weekend and the complex was stuffed to the gills with families to the point it was wall to wall people in the pool and lazy river.

Family vaca

Made us feel at home, grates in lazy river need some work, hit one coming off slide, pretty sure broke a toe. Easy access to everything. Love the key oad access. Thanks for letting us stay. I did leace some boxes in the hall, did not know where to throw them away at.

If I could change anything it would be to have basic items like trash bags, dish soap, Tupperware. We traveled a long way and to have to bring this all with or go and buy all of this was a negative

The door on the bedroom closet seemed to have an issue with opening properly. The ice maker and all other appliances were very nice. The balcony was very nice. The internet was not consistent (actually did not work most of the time) Qverall and excellent experience.

We felt that the entire place had quite a bit of sand that was not cleaned up from the previous tenants. No light bulbs to change burnt out bulbs. Counters and coffee tables were not cleaned off from the last time. No bracelets were given and we had to find out that there were no bracelets.

Desk Staff unhelpful, every time we ask a question on parking or where to get things needed they had no answers and said they couldn't help us because the room we were in.We spent several hours in the elevators trying to get up and down the elevators. I called the number for help and they never would return my calls.none of the TVs in the room worked right, sound kept going out.The pool and the lazy river was the only thing that was enjoyed. THe slide was broke down almost all our stay and that was one reason of staying there because the kids love the water slides but only got to use 2 days because down.
