Increíble 3 BD / 3BA condominio directamente en San Francisco Beach - la playa más bonita de Cozumel. No se puede estar más cerca de la playa que en cualquier lugar de la isla. Enorme envoltura alrededor de la terraza, perfecto para esa noche margarita mientras ves nuestras espectaculares puestas de sol. Salir de la terraza y hundirse los dedos de los pies en la playa de arena blanca que se extiende por kilómetros. Nadar o bucear en el magnífico agua azul del Caribe, lleno de vida marina exótica. Si usted es un buceador, tenemos un muelle privado para su pickup conveniente y dejar. Si el agua dulce es más a su gusto, tenemos 2 hermosas piscinas climatizadas a pocos pasos.

Los restaurantes están a un corto paseo por la playa oa un corto trayecto en coche a San Miguel. Restaurantes de 5 estrellas o deliciosa y pintoresca cocina local. Ofrecemos una gran guía de restaurantes en profundidad. O le encantará cocinar en nuestra cocina totalmente equipada, gourmet. En el condominio cocinar servicio también está disponible por un cargo adicional.
  
2 dormitorios, ambos con camas king size, frente al Caribe y tienen sus propios balcones privados. 3 º dormitorio es pequeño, tiene una cama de matrimonio y vistas al jardín. Todas las habitaciones tienen baño privado. Queen size sofá cama w / Aero colchón de aire para su comodidad en la sala de estar. Sábanas, súper suave de 600 cuentan sábanas de algodón egipcio, todas las toallas, incluyendo toallas de playa. Servicio de mucama 6 días a la semana.

Hay un televisor LCD de 50 pulgadas en la sala de estar que cuenta con TV por satélite DISH. Dos dormitorios también tienen televisores. Conexión a Internet WIFI de fibra óptica de alta velocidad, solo traiga su propio portátil. Llamadas telefónicas gratuitas a EE.UU. y CANADÁ.

Our 3rd time staying here at Casa Delmar and it never disappoints.Our party of 7 including our 2 & 6 year old granddaughters a friend .The view WOW ..from booking to checkin to checkout a very easy process.We were looked after by Veronica who took great care of us. Most Beautiful Condo right on the neach

Our family had a wonderful week at the condo. It was our second time coming to this wonderful place by the sea!! We were able to tour the entire island and we loved the wonderful Maya people!! Thank you also for the amazing dinner that Veronica made for us!!

This is by far the best unit in the Residenza Reef complex! Ground level, steps from beach and pool. The unit is full of amenities, and tastefully appointed. There were only two of them us, but you could see how it would easily accommodate a family. We had a meal prepared by Veronica, who also took care of our daily needs. You won’t be disappointed.

FABULOUS!!!

We absolutely loved the Condo! So beautiful and clean. Felt like home and we were very comfortable. Very well stocked which was great. Everyone was so attentive if we needed anything, we brought our family & our 6 mo old Granddaughter and all her needs were met. Ellen was super awesome, she is the best and knows all the ins and outs!!! We will come back here again no doubt. Love Cozumel!

This was our 2nd stay at Villa Vista Delmar and won't be our last!!!!... Amazing Anniversary and Vow Renewal

My wife, kids and I stayed and loved our trip. The place was amazing. The views from the condo are everything you could ask for. My wife and I were there to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. We did so on the beach in front of the condo with the excellent sunset as our background. Our kids loved the proximity to the water and snorkeled daily. The place is well kept and the service is great. Highly recommend! My wife and I just kept saying we want a place just like this when we retire! 100% would stay here again!

Perfect fit for our family

We were in Cozumel to attend a friends wedding. The condo is the perfect setup for us! Every room has it's own bathroom and most have stunning views of the Carribean. The pier made it easy for pick up to excursions and daily housekeeping kept the condo feeling as fresh as the first day. Loved our stay, we will be back!!

The condo was clean and spacious. The advertisement of the property was accurate and the customer service by Verionica was excellent. Veronuca was very helpful with navigating tranpirtation on the island. The whole family enjoyed the time together in the beautiful condo on the beach. Great memories were made on our family vacation in Cozumel!

Beautiful paradise condo

This condo location is one of the best at Resedencias Reef. The first floor location allowed us to walk directly onto the beach from our patio and into the cordoned off snorkeling area. The pools were well maintained and perfect for teens and children as well as a bubbly spa to relax. There is a bar area at the pool, but no one selling drinks at the pool or on the beach. You bring your own drinks and snacks to the pool or beach area. The all inclusive hotel next door has daily activities for their guests and it was fun to hear if you were outside on the patio. The volume was not too loud and the tall bushes kept their activity private. You will need transportation into town and taxis were easy to get at the main gate. We also rented a car for the day to explore the ruins, lighthouse and the rough beaches on the other side of the island. The rental guy delivered the car to our condo. Veronica’s cooking is great! There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how delicious and flavorful our meal was! She and her helper cooked it in the condo which was a very special treat. Yes, we plan to rent this condo again for special family gatherings and for a respite from the cold weather. The wrap around patio provided a wonderful setting for all to watch the beautiful sunsets!

The Perfect Condo in Cozumel

I stayed in Villa Vista Del Mar at Residencias Reef for 5 nights with my husband, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, and another couple. The 6 of us absolutely loved everything about our stay! My husband and I have stayed in two other condos at Residencias Reef in the past and really liked them, but Villa Vista Del Mar is the best due to its perfect location. We literally stepped off our patio onto the white sandy beech, just a few steps away from the turquoise blue ocean. The views from the living room and patio are phenomenal, and the condo itself is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and stocked with literally everything you need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, too. I contacted Mario, the property manager, in advance and gave him our grocery list. He had everything purchased and waiting for us upon arrival for a reasonable price, and he restocked for us when we ran out if a few things. Veronica, the housekeeper, came daily except Sunday and did a great job. We also scheduled with her in advance (through Mario) to cook our dinner for our first night there, and the food was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers. I can't say enough good things about this place! My husband and I stayed in the very small 3rd bedroom, and although it was close quarters and cozy, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and we had plenty of drawer space and a place to hang clothes as well as a private bathroom. The photos are not deceiving, it's as nice as it looks! Highly recommended.

Wonderful condo in a dreamy setting

We truly enjoyed our week on the beach in Cozumel. The condo was very well appointed, with 2 large bedrooms at opposite sides and a third bedroom in the middle. Each has their own lovely bathroom. The wrap-around porch was perfect for dinners, games and to just watch the ocean. The complex is very well maintained with two beautiful pools, wandering paths through mangroves, and a large beachfront with plenty of loungechairs. I would recommend you rent a car since it is about 15 minutes drive to the central shopping area and it allows you to explore the island. Cabs are also readily available. We loved having a Mayan meal prepared for us in the condo, and having the condo stocked with our groceries for our arrival. We cooked meals easily in the well-stocked kitchen. There are plenty of beachtowels and coolers available for your beach and pool days, and help is always easy to get from the condo owner and the helpers that come. I would love to go back- it was very special for us. Thank you!

We had a Fabulous time at Villa vista delmar …home from home feel ..it was well equipped with everything we needed during our 7 night stay A corner unit with views from every balcony…comfortable beds ….plenty of room for a party of 7 … if you get the chance try out Veronica’s cooking .. delicious… our first time at the condo and it won’t be our last .. Spectacular! We will be back.

Spectacular property. We were delighted not only with the house, but the location, the staff that take care of it (and us) and the host. The property was welcoming, comfortable, well appointed and didn't come with any demands on us. In fact the host left things for us to use that helped make our stay better, there was a delightful welcome basket and a regular maid (who is a great cook). We were able to see so much marine life while snorkeling right out the back door, thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful patio and the property in general and got to watch some great sunsets. The location is a very convenient location on the island and is a bit quieter than the resorts that surround it. We've done so many VRBOs which leave little notes about what not to do, demand we do the cleaning while charging us some crazy fee, and have left us nothing but a few towels and sheets, while making grandiose claims about the property. This property does none of that and is all it claims to be and more. Thank you for the wonderful trip.

Brilliant place to stay

We had the best time. The place is stunning. Views from every window. Sat and watched the sun come up every morning. Hummingbirds. Massive crabs and iguanas. Pools great. We snorkelled straight from the beach. The scuba diving was fantastic and the dive crew picked us up daily ( after the first day to get gear) from the pier. Was exactly what we needed. Family time and relaxation!!

Paradise!

We thoroughly loved every minute of our stay in Cozumel at Ellen and Steve's amazing condo! The location was second to none, the condo was beautifully decorated, the beds were heavenly, the kitchen was well stocked, and the views were incredible! So many VRBO's we have stayed at that sleep 8 don't have enough seating for supper, but that was definitely not the case here. We spent hours relaxing on the porch and enjoying the sound of the waves hitting the beach and there was more than enough room for everyone. We had read other reviews about Veronica's amazing cooking, and we were not disappointed! Everything she made was amazing and we had leftovers to feed us for at least two more meals. Don't miss out on that treat! We also had Mario take us on a snorkelling excursion on a private boat and had an amazing time! We saw so many fish, a sea turtle, stingrays, starfish, and even a nurse shark. There really could not have been anything else to make this trip better than it was. We hope to come back to paradise again soon!

One of the best VRBO places I've stayed!

We had a great time in Cozumel and the condo was wonderful. Ellen and her staff were fantastic and cared for anything we asked for. Mario, the Property Manager treated us to some local places and brought us dinner on 2 different nights. Veronica, the Housekeeper, is a phenomenal chef and the night she cooked for us was the best meal we had! We wished we would have asked her to cook more. A big lesson learned, bring cash.

Incredible Two Weeks in Villa Vista Del Mar

Oh… My…God… What a wonderful two weeks we just spent at Villa Vista Del Mar! From the incredible views of the beach and palm trees, to the amenities within, this place was truly a ‘slice of paradise’! From the moment we arrived we were amazed at the care and attention to detail that went into everything! Mario, the manager, introduced himself shortly after we arrived and could not have been more informative and helpful. He even set up and scheduled our return COVID test in-house! Talk about convenient! Veronica, the house keeper, could not have been nicer! We were met daily with a huge smile and the most uplifting spirit! Between the two of them we had not a care in the world. If cooking is your thing, the kitchen could not have been better equipped. The place is stocked with all manner of spices, powders and oils, and of course pots and pans of all sizes to put them in. If cooking isn’t your thing, Veronica and her assistant can come by in the evening and cook items picked from an in-house menu! The food is delicious! I highly recommend you try the Fish Veracruz! If diving is your thing, there could not be more a convenient place to stay! Book your dives with the local dive shops, walk to the pier at the appointed time and away you go! Once your dive(s) are complete you’re dropped back off at the pier and you’re back at your own little ‘slice of paradise’! If just hanging out and taking in a cool breeze and some incredible scenery from your living room or patio is your thing, then this is definitely the place for you! I seriously doubt there is another place on the entire island that has a better view out of the floor to ceiling glass doors that take up two whole walls! Incredible! Just incredible! And finally, if kicking back and taking a direct hit from a hurricane (like Grace) is your thing, well… yeah… this is the place for you! While no one wants a hurricane, or any severe weather, if it happens you want to be safe! This place is safe! Ellen went out of her way to contact us prior to the storm to reassure us we were in a safe place. Mario came by multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed and to ‘batten down the hatches’. Even Veronica came by for some last minute preparations. While it was quite an experience, we felt completely safe and secure! Thank you! To sum it up, this place checks all the boxes. No matter what your ‘thing’ is you will love, love, love this place! Can't wait to return! Eric & Robin

The condo has a wrap around patio for spectacular eating and sunset viewing and a maid service and cooking service if you choose. Our last night we had a gourmet dinner for 6 set up on the beach prepared by the next door Secrets Auora Resort. The fully equipped kitchen met our needs when we chose to eat in. Mario who will shop for you, was also our master dive guide and was excellent. A perfect vacation home. We will be back!

Exceeded expectations!

I'm going to say exactly what I put in the guest book at the condo. First, many thanks to Ellen and Steve for opening your beautiful island home to us. Our first trip to Cozumel was magical as a result! The first thing that struck me were all of the octopus pillows/wall art and other objects because my husband is absolutely obsessed with them - it was a sign that this would be a home away from home. And, it certainly was - from the amazingly well-appointed kitchen - if you are a cook you will understand - to the beautiful patio and luxurious comfy beds. That's just the physical space. Veronica, Mario and Conchita were all phenomenal people and were so friendly and helpful. Veronica and Conchita cooked for us one night and I think it was the best food we've eaten since arriving in Mexico. Veronica also shopped for groceries for us which was so convenient. We all snorkeled one day and were picked up at the Secrets dock which was just steps away. My husband did 3 dives - one day, one twilight and one night. It has been his dream to see octopus in the wild and it was finally fulfilled in Cozumel. My daughter and I had massages down the beach at the Ocean Beach Club - sadly one of the few that remain open due to Covid. It was honestly one of the better massages I've had - and I've had many. The masseuse was skilled, and her technique was skilled and graceful. You've spoiled the Chiappetta/Zetek/Pierce families forever. I will dream of this place, the beautiful people and setting and hope to return someday soon. Thank you so much. We will be back if you'll have us!

Highly Recommend

We loved our stay at Villa Vista Del Mar! Being just a couple steps off the deck to the beach was wonderful. Kitchen is very well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the patio and enjoyed incredible sunsets every night. Ellen was very helpful arranging grocery delivery before we arrived and she arranged to have our Covid tests right at the condo. Highly recommend renting this unit!

On our first trip to Cozumel we fell in love with the Island, the people, and the sunsets over the Caribbean. We knew this is where we wanted to buy. We were privileged to be able to purchase this very special condo on the best beach in Cozumel. What a privilege to take care of this spectacular property.

The greatest benefit is the totally relaxing feeling you get when you are in this condo. You feel like you are in a private house on the beach. When you look out the huge walls of glass, all you see is palm trees, sand, and incredible blue Caribbean water! Being able to walk off the patio and sink you toes into the warm sand is fantastic. Just a short walk and you are at 2 pools or the private pier. Walk for miles on the beach, enjoy a massage, or have a drink or snack at one of the beach clubs. Paradise, Paradise, Paradise!

Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Huge fully equipped kitchen. Great patios to enjoy the sand and water. Paradise, Paradise, Paradise!
