Condo was also painted with fresh paint throughout. Beautiful unobstructed 7th floor ocean/beach vista and view of the cape launch pad. Less than one hour from OIA and Disney, minutes from Kennedy Space Center, the cruise ship terminals and in the heart of Cocoa Beach. You simply will not believe the beatiful view from this unit. Watch the cruise ships sail out to sea Saturday and Sunday afternoons from the balcony!

Fully furnished in Coastal Living style with full kitchen, all linens and towels. Heated pool and spa. New flat screen Cable TV’s in every room. Washer and dryer in unit. My family and I had a wonderful time here! Our host was communicative (and helped us out when we left our swim suits behind!), the property was clean and quiet, and we LOVED the pool and hot tub, not to mention our proximity to the beach. There are also parks within walking distance, and all the shops and restaurants without any of the noise. Highly, highly recommend!

Amenities were ok, but would have preferred there be curtains or blinds to cover the living room windows. Also, there was some hair and toe nail clipping in one of the bathrooms. Ick.

Very clean, comfortable, beautiful pool, so close to the beach. Kitchen well stocked. There was construction next door, but nothing anyone can do about that. Had an excellent stay.

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was clean with all the extra’s you might need on hand. The layout was lovely, and the kitchen was a dream. Super comfortable king mattress on the master. The beach access was quite private and beautiful, lending to beautiful sunrises and comfortable evening strolls. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Great Girl's Weekend Getaway

Thank you for a really nice place for our girl's getaway weekend. The condo was clean, bright, updated, comfortable and beautifully beach decorated - a really nice set up. Location was ideal to the beach with a nice beach view, private pool, ample on-site parking, lots of stores and local restaurants nearby, and being less than an hour from Orlando Airport made our travels plans easier. We will definitely book again next time we're in Cocoa Beach.

This place is conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and businesses. It was a great experience and cool place to stay, it was very nice that it included all the beach toys & chairs we needed which helped reduce the packing required for our trip!

Another great stay at Stan's condo

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this property and would recommend it 100% to anyone visiting the area. There is construction going on next door and they do start early but that is something we knew about in advance. You are just steps from the beach, pool, shopping and dining. Great location and host.

this property was perfect for us over the Fourth of July. The balcony provided the perfect view of the fireworks, and the property manager was extremely helpful & his communication was spectacular! We will definitely stay here again

Fun Area

This was our first time at Cocoa Beach and it was a lot of fun. Quick walk to beach, nice pool, and comfy condo! Good restaurants near by too, Jazzy's was our favorite.
