This Seaside gem is conveniently situated just one block to the town center, and a short walk to the beautiful white beach. This lock-off provides a private side entrance (on Savannah Street), as well as an inviting open-air deck with outdoor lounge furniture surrounded by a large private fenced-in yard and a large rear porch, featuring a dining area that can accommodate up to 8! This airy and ‘feel good’ rear porch can most definitely serve as the ultimate outdoor setup, where you or your group can enjoy an outdoor dining experience, morning coffee, or a nightcap, equipped with stellar views.

Step inside to the open living area that has a flat-screen TV, and is adjacent to the dining and kitchen area. The dining area comfortably seats six and the kitchen has a breakfast bar with additional seating for four more. There is a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage, and cookware to accommodate any length of stay in Seaside.

If you head up the stairs, there is a king primary loft bedroom, featuring a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Just off the king loft lies a spacious, airy private porch with seating space for two, offering treetop views, white picket fences, and timeless Seaside brick-paved roads.
