La casa de huéspedes de "Play Therapy", Luck Of The Draw es una escapada perfecta para parejas. Ubicado en la esquina de 30A y Pensacola, tiene una vista del golfo desde el balcón de la habitación.
Entras en una pintoresca cocina que ha sido recientemente renovada, área de comedor con capacidad para cuatro personas y área de estar con acceso a la cubierta trasera. Una escalera de caracol conduce al segundo piso donde se encuentra el dormitorio y el baño completo solo con ducha. Everything about this trip was wonderful! We booked an impromptu couples trip and rented a Polaris Slingshot from Turo. This house is perfect for 2! Cozy and quaint, perfect location! Bed was cozy! Modica Market for coffee and muffins, then head to the beach! Everything is within walking distance. But if you rent a car, be sure to check out Grayton Beach (iced coffee at Hotz) and Stinkey’s Fish Camp for dinner!

It was a great location with easy access to the beach, pools, and to town. it's a short walk to the coffee shop. It was just right for the two of us.

The space was thoughtfully laid out, with a cozy kitchenette, an intimate dining area, and a comfy sofa surrounded by a wide selection of books—perfect for unwinding. The spiral staircase leading up to the bedroom and bathroom added a whimsical touch. While the bathroom was a bit tight, it was functional, and the bedroom offered plenty of storage with a very comfortable bed.The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view—just steps from beach access. The downstairs patio was a favorite spot of ours to enjoy a morning read or a relaxing nightcap after a quick 3-minute stroll to the nearby square.We had a couple of minor suggestions: it would be great if the kitchen included some basic condiments and a few small bottles of water for arrival. The upstairs balcony would also benefit from one or two small chairs to take in the view. Lastly, the front glass door was tough to open and might need some maintenance to prevent damage.All in all, it was a wonderful, family-friendly getaway. My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next trip—this time with the kids!

Outdoor shower needs to be on opposite side of house away from air conditioning units and needs to have a cement foundation rather than dirt base. Overall, great beach getaway!

Reviewer Comments: Thank you for asking me to review Beach Music.The location is perfect; directly across from the Pensacola Walkover and two short blocks to Town Square. The size of the carriage house is excellent for one person. AND my being granted an early check in at 1:30 is the reason I have to give it 5 *****!However, I was disappointed in:- The 18" square shower and tiny bathroom (I'm only 127#. I can't imagine some big people checking in and using that bath. Suggested solution: Build a bump out on the second floor bathroom area and enlarge the bathroom.- The outside workmen at the main house. Suggested Solution: Require homeowners to inform you when their houses are having remodeling done and let potential renters know they will receive a discount.- The metal winding staircase. Suggested Solution: I do believe there is enough room to build a wooden staircase with a couple landings and install a washer/dryer combo under it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at this cottage. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach and the town center. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple. The bathroom is tiny but there was plenty of storage. We enjoyed the outdoor areas, sitting on the porch with a glass of wine from our welcome gift (thank you!) and watching everyone go by. We used our complimentary passes to get bikes and enjoyed several rides through the neighborhood. If you like yoga, I recommend the class that's offered in town with a view of the gulf. Great way to start the day!

Seaside " luck of the draw" review

Reviewer Comments: it was a good experience - the location was great. it averaged out to about $400/night and at that price we were hoping for a cleaner house, the bathroom totally needs remodeling, the shower tiles were chipped and was very tiny, their was a smell in the bathroom, the fixture in the shower was rusty and the shower curtain was too short so water leaked out on the floor. the yard had hoses laying around and paint chips all over. The exterior of the house was painted well but the interior needs some attention.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No complaints with the rental process experience or the customer service. Both were great. The location was great, and Seaside never disappoints. The house did leave a little to be desired. First, the tv would be better placed in the family room/kitchen area where you can relax and catch the news or a game while the bedroom/bathroom are in use. Since it's upstairs in the bedroom, the only way to watch it is in bed. Second, i think a stronger warning about the spiral staircase is warranted. It is extremely narrow and dangerous for getting luggage to the bedroom. And third, probably the biggest disappointment, was the bathroom. I am a 5'4" 145 lb adult woman and I could barely fit in the shower. Imagine the difficulty for my 6'4" husband. I literally could not move without hitting a wall or the water lever. And the bathroom as a whole, let's just say you could sit on the toilet, brush your teeth and adjust the water temperature in the shower all at the same time with minimal movement. Knowing that this was a "cottage", we didn't expect anything luxurious. But this was barely functional. If you are a person with a larger frame or are in any way disabled, the bathroom and spiral staircase would be unusable and potentially hazardous. Although the house's location is great, we will not stay there again, nor would we recommend it when there are so many other options available. It would have been nice to know these "unique" qualities beforehand, we could've made a more fitting choice.

The booking and check-in process was very easy and they were great at communicating leading up to and throughout our stay. Luck of the Draw was PERFECT for a romantic couples getaway and the location can't be beat - only steps away from both the beach and central square. A few things to note - the bedroom is very bright in the morning, so bring a sleep mask if you rise with the sun and want to sleep a bit later. Also, rinse your sandy feet at the beach pavilion since the outdoor shower for this house is located directly above the a/c unit and isn't very accessible. Overall, everything was great and we look forward to another trip booked through Homeowner's Collection in the future.

Too SMALL

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was incredibly small. We could not even bring our luggage up the TINY spiral staircase so all clothing had to stay downstairs. There is NO closet or drawers to place things. Could only bring a small toiletry bag up the stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. The ONE bath is Upstairs so if you can’t climb, or even if you are slightly bigger than an “ideal” weight, you will not fit up the tiny stairs! In the bathroom you can sit on the toilet. Wash your hands, and start the show all at the same time- TINY! We will not stay here again- and for over $500/night- it’s outrageous! Stay at a 5 star hotel instead somewhere else!

Too Much!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had booked "the court" from June 17 to June 21. When I looked at my reservations again, it did not include June 17 so I had to rent "luck of the draw" for 1 night. The TV in the master did not work. The shower had mold and the shower curtain had mold. The place was small and not what I had expected for the price!
