La casa de huéspedes de "Play Therapy", Luck Of The Draw es una escapada perfecta para parejas. Ubicado en la esquina de 30A y Pensacola, tiene una vista del golfo desde el balcón de la habitación.
Entras en una pintoresca cocina que ha sido recientemente renovada, área de comedor con capacidad para cuatro personas y área de estar con acceso a la cubierta trasera. Una escalera de caracol conduce al segundo piso donde se encuentra el dormitorio y el baño completo solo con ducha. Duerma cómodamente en una cama tamaño queen y vea la televisión, o salga al balcón y disfrute de asientos para dos personas y una hermosa vista.

Perfect Couple’s Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This charming little house is in an ideal location—a short, easy walk to both the beach and town. While the bathroom is a bit small and could use some TLC, the home overall is beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. It is thoughtfully designed and decorated, and makes the perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway for a couple. Although there is no guaranteed parking, a parking pass is provided and we were able to park on the street right outside of the house during our stay. We had no issues finding parking the entire time.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. The house was an absolute disappointment. I would expect that the Homeowner's Collection would have standards & expectations before renting out a house under their name. They lost my trust. Getaway For Two!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband & I love to visit and stay a few days in Seaside during winter months. We love booking through Homeowners Collections as they are always friendly and helpful. We love the complimentary bike rentals and other complimentary items that come with the stay. This house was small and cozy and very clean! It is a perfect location to all the shopping, eating, and events, which we love! The bathroom and shower in this house is very tiny, but other than that, it is perfect for two on a small getaway.

Everything about this trip was wonderful! We booked an impromptu couples trip and rented a Polaris Slingshot from Turo. This house is perfect for 2! Cozy and quaint, perfect location! Bed was cozy! Modica Market for coffee and muffins, then head to the beach! Everything is within walking distance. But if you rent a car, be sure to check out Grayton Beach (iced coffee at Hotz) and Stinkey’s Fish Camp for dinner!

Couple's getaway

Such a perfect and quant cottage for a couple to getaway. Really great for some quiet alone time but also in a great location with easy access to beach, shops and restaurants in Seaside.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Great location. Easy walk to beach and restaurants and shops. Clean. Bathroom is incredibly tiny but works for a short trip.

Great little cottage across from beach!

I enjoyed our stay! It was a great little cottage in a fabulous location. Two requests: 1. I had a daughter driving her own car, so the ability to get two parking passes was necessary (but not allowed). 2. would have been nice to have a Keurig coffee maker (instead the old coffee maker was sort of broken and no coffee filters in the cottage).

Last Summer getaway

The house was great and the location was perfect! The only thing I would change is that I wish there was a more comfy chair on the patio facing 30A to sit. 2 Adirondack plastic chairs and an umbrella to provide shade would have been ideal. Other than that, it was great! We will be back!! The bed was super comfy!! Thanks for everything!!

Beach Music Cottage-Excellent Home away from Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved being so close to the beach-Just steps away! Very clean and cozy! Spiral staircase -wow! Comfy bed! Miniature bath/shower-don't thing about turning around in there! Loved the porches, but needed chairs upstairs to enjoy the view! Outdoor shower needs to be on opposite side of house away from air conditioning units and needs to have a cement foundation rather than dirt base. Overall, great beach getaway!

Location is not always the best choice

Reviewer Comments: small - shower, refrigerator no dishwasheroutdoors shower had not handle on the cold water and made a mud puddle in from of the main entrance to unit.The wood was rotted on door plate from living room to outside deck.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at this cottage. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach and the town center. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple. The bathroom is tiny but there was plenty of storage. We enjoyed the outdoor areas, sitting on the porch with a glass of wine from our welcome gift (thank you!) and watching everyone go by. We used our complimentary passes to get bikes and enjoyed several rides through the neighborhood. If you like yoga, I recommend the class that's offered in town with a view of the gulf. Great way to start the day!

Luck of the Draw

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing location right across from a beach pavilion walk way. Nice front porch with fenced in front yard. Small kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay, but bathroom needs updating and was not clean. Small spiral staircase was a bit difficult when traveling up and down. We are fit and in our 40’s, but still challenging. New patio chairs would be nice. Location is hard to beat and was well priced.

Seaside " luck of the draw" review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: it was a good experience - the location was great. it averaged out to about $400/night and at that price we were hoping for a cleaner house, the bathroom totally needs remodeling, the shower tiles were chipped and was very tiny, their was a smell in the bathroom, the fixture in the shower was rusty and the shower curtain was too short so water leaked out on the floor. the yard had hoses laying around and paint chips all over. The exterior of the house was painted well but the interior needs some attention.

Small but enough for two people

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, besides a couple of things. First, my suitcase was too large to be carried up the staircase (staircase very tiny), so it had to stay downstairs in the floor. This wasn’t a big deal, but I would have liked it away from main floor. Secondly, we ran completely out of toilet paper first thing in the morning.I had to call at least twice about this. It was over three hours before we received more.
