This house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and big groups.

This house offers a private pool with a beautiful view of the lake,
4 and 1/2 bath for your convenience and privacy.
Our house can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests including adults, kids, and infants. Infants and visitors are counted toward the maximum house capacity.

The location of the villa is great as are the facilities on the resort.The villa needs some further updating (bathrooms and kitchen) - bedrooms we great with comfy mattresses. The kitchen had good oven, microwave and generally all the items you would need. The large fridge freezer looked as though previous renters had beaten it up...no handles on the freezer section as they had been pulled off. Other issue we had was the patio doors onto the pool deck. The seal has gone on one of the doors/window so its all misted up, and the door is VERY heavy to open - really found this an issue. The washing machine and dryer were great.The pool had a leak, so we had to keep topping it up - which affected the heat of the pool (we had paid for heating). Couldn't use hot-tub with jets on, as the jets sprayed the water out of tub which reduced the water height in pool, even more. Did inform owner of the problem with pool, but didn't get a response.Was told that check-in information would be available from 3pm on the day of our stay...took numerous emails to get it - information finally arrived at 4:36pm (check-in was from 4pm!!). Felt that the communication by owner was poor.

Absolute safety hazard! Rain pouring through ceiling light fixture and fan also sliding glass doors

My family is traumatized.Feom the beginning the place was not up to par. We settled and contacted the house when literally there was not even a frying pan or really essential cookware to cook a family meal. After reaching out to him heated end up providing new cookware hours later after I bought charcoal for a grill outside (when they do not maintain he mentioned multiple times for whatever reason) it started pouring rain so really was an option the charcoal was ruined we came inside to cook and rain came pouring through the ceiling through the light fixture and fan in the middle of the living room downstairs also through the sliding glass doors! They were there at midnight putting the little trash bins from the bathrooms in the living room to catch water. One of the cans were actually broken! My kids are completely traumatized, it was mess since we got there and we tried to just be understanding seeing the owner stated the previous guest destroyed the home there was wine or Jello or something red all over the wall and ceiling. The microwave is broken. They handle on the freezer was completely gone. Multiple TVs do not work. The pool was filthy in the water the jacuzzi was Brown literally. The spa bathtub in the downstairs bathroom when I wiped to clean it before putting my kids in it the washcloth was literally Brown from where somebody's bottom was sitting you can see the imprint. The upstairs king bed d frame was broken. The game room is not operating! I have pics/vids

Needs renovation

The house definitely needs a renovation of all the appliances. They are all very old, and as a result, most of them either don't work or work very poorly.The fridge is missing a handle, making it difficult to open the freezer.The microwave door was broken, so it didn’t work. We were told they would bring a new one, but it never happened.The oven doesn’t heat up at all, making it impossible to cook.The dishwasher is so old that it no longer washes properly, so everything has to be washed by hand.The dryer's control panel was broken, so sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t.There was one broken hairdryer, and the other was over 30 years old.The ceiling fan in the house couldn't be controlled because it was also broken.

2024 Vacation

Overall was great couple bumps in the road. Didn’t receive check in information until after 4pm. Master bedroom ceiling starting leaking, Pool light didn’t work, pool could’ve been cleaned a little better & most of all that patio door was so heavy it was crazy.. Couldn’t get dishwasher to work neither. Overall a great area, house was nice & good customer service.

Wonderful house

Great house for big families! The 7 BR floor plan was a perfect set up for our group. There is a master suite on the main floor and another one upstairs. The kids loved the pool. Having a tv in each bedroom was a big plus. The kids also enjoyed the game room. We would stay again.

Lake Berkley House

The house was great. Could probably use some new couches but otherwise good. The pool and hot tub were perfect. I paid for the heating and the hot tub got way hotter than the pool. It’s not like others where the hot tub and pool are same temp. Only issue was that I didn’t get the check in instructions at 3:00pm like I was told. I had to call the property renter to get the info but it was sent immediately after calling him. So I still had it before I got to the property. The lake behind the house was great and very peaceful/quite area. Would definitely stay there again

Florida Family Vacation

Renting this property for our family vacation was one of the best decisions we have made. Our family has vacationed in Florida for the past 19 years. Securing a vacation home for a family of 16 people can sometimes be complicated. However, this house met and exceeded our needs and expectations. First, and foremost, the rental procedures were easy and the check in and check out procedure was simple. The house looked just like it was presented on the website. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean. The floor plan was perfect for our family. Having one primary bedroom downstairs was exactly what my husband and I needed. Our adult sons and their wives and children took over the 2nd floor, which also included a king size bedroom. The house also has two family room on the first floor, which provided a space for the adults and a space for the children. To my surprise, this house came fully equipped with all of the kitchen utensils and supplies that you will need. We have always brought along extra utensils, but this time we did not need it. (Although we brought it) I definitely recommend renting this property and using Vrbo. I am sold!!

Perfectly located

Large home that accommodates multiple families comfortably. Conveniently located to shopping stores. Pool needed to be cleaned, property manager immediately responded and shocked pool next morning.

Spring Break

We stayed a full week and it was amazing. We had a few questions that were immediately answered. I would highly recommend renting this property, if we come back to Kissimmee we will for sure be back. Thank you for everything!

Perfect weekend getaway

Had so much fun with my friends and family! It was the perfect getaway to celebrate my birthday and spend time with all of them. The house was great and very accommodating for everyone, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the process was over all very easy and simple. We really enjoyed our stay here!
