Property is closed January–May 2026 for a full remodel and will reopen newly updated with fully remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, all-new countertops and showers, new flooring throughout, fresh interior and exterior paint, soundproof flooring in the upper unit for added comfort and privacy, and an additional en-suite bathroom in the lower unit.

THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH REQUIRES THE RENTER OF A PROPERTY BE 25 YEARS OF AGE.
No smoking (including cannabis and vaping)
No parties or loud groups
Quiet hours: 9 PM–10 AM
The signer of the rental agreement must occupy one of the rental units for the entire stay.
Illegal parking, parties, or loud gatherings may result in city fines of $2,000 or more.
Exterior security cameras are installed for guest safety and property protection.
There is a $50 per day / night charge for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and / or exceeding 14 guests.

Hosts are allowed to ask the following about a guest’s need for a service animal:
Whether the guest requires their service animal because of a disability
What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform
🐕 A guest’s service animal must be:
Under the guest’s control at all times
Housebroken
Approved in advance if it will be left alone at the listing
Kept out of unauthorized areas
Harnessed, leashed, or tethered when in public spaces, and under the guest’s control
