Beautiful fully renovated 5 bedroom 4 bathroom duplex home. Located in downtown Meredith with treetop views, from the 2nd floor, of Lake Winnipesaukee.
Welcome to Pond View with an open, efficient layout. Sleek and bright, it has all modern appliance to include: refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and central A/C. On the main level you will find 3 ample bedrooms, all with ensuite, full baths. The master has a king bed, sliding glass doors to the deck, sunlight and peaceful space. Each of the other first floor bedrooms has a queen sized bed. The stairs bring you to the second level of the home where you will find floor to ceiling windows and a serene sitting area. One full sized bathroom is shared with each of the other 2 bedrooms (2 Twins in one and 1 Full in the other).
Sleeps 10. Off-street parking spaces and plenty of parking across the street in the municipal parking lot.
It is within 2 minutes' walking distance from Town Docks, Lake Winnipesaukee, the local library, a well-stocked book store open 7 days a week, Hermit Woods Winery, and a 5-minute walk to Swasey park, an 8-minute walk to Lake Waukewan, a 10-minute drive to Moulton Farms to get fresh produce and the most amazing cider belly donuts, 15 minutes drive to Gunstock Ski mountain. Enjoy breakfast at the local's favorite: George's Diner. Spend your afternoons' wine tasting, and finish with dinner at Frog Rock Tavern - a local favorite with the best pickle fries you have ever tasted. You have everything that downtown Meredith offers yet minutes away from the beautiful lakes, mountains, nature hiking trails.
This is a dog friendly home! There is a pet agreement that will need to be signed prior to arrival and a pet fee will be added to your reservation as well.
