19 Mile Bay - Tuftonboro - Lake Winnipesaukee

This newly renovated single family home offers the a huge yard surrounded by woods yet it is close to everything. With four bedrooms and two full bathrooms it is perfect for groups and families and accommodates up to nine adults or eleven total guests.

Just a ten minute drive to downtown Wolfeboro. Under a mile to 19 Mile Bay public Beach, boat launch, and dock. The home offers a huge deck with seating and a gas grill, huge yard, and off street parking. It has a game room, large living room with electric fireplace, and a family gathering room with two sliders. The home features a classic arcade cocktail table and a shuffle board table.

We provide all linens, paper goods, and kitchen basics for cooking including air fryer.

This is a Pet Friendly property. There is a cleaning fee of $50 per pet and only registered furry guests are allowed. We can provide a dog crate and other things for pets upon request.

Great place to stay

My stay there with my family was amazing with near by beaches and great views of the lakes. The house was very clean when we arrived and the back yard with cornhole boards was a plus over all this house and location was awesome!!

Winter getaway

This property was perfect to bring 2 families together for a fun weekend. Plenty of room to spread out. Accommodations were perfect. Location convenient to the event we were attending. Will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Beautiful house. Accommodated us all for my fighters graduation weekend. Had a great time despite the weather. Had an issue with hot water in bathroom, which turned out to be user error but the owners responded very quickly to my concern and walked me through problem solving.

Beautiful and comfortable home

We are a retired couple with a big dog and needed a place to stay while our house was being worked on. This house was perfect. Although we didn’t need/use many of the great amenities, we were able to relax, cook, watch TV, and explore the area at a better rate than any hotel. The house was clean, quiet and peaceful and they were extremely responsive when our code didn’t open the door. We would love to return.

Cozy and clean!

We loved this house. It was extremely clean and well organized. The drawers/closets/etc. are not loaded with junk. Everything is placed with purpose. The kitchen is well appointed and the cupboards and fridge are spotless. Thank yo uh also for the complimentary coffee and s'mores kit!! Nice touch. Little extras like that mean so very much.The coziness of the instant fire was perfect with a movie and a glass of wine ...or 2!! There is an endless available movie list! All the bedrooms will accommodate any preference. Again clean and comfortable. We love the quiet road , yet it is close to anything you need or want. Melissa the host, responds immediately with any question or concern big or small, yet gives you privacy. There is a nice spacious deck out back and a good sized lawn. Again very quiet and private. We would love to return and also check out some of the other properties she hosts. Oh, also we saw a bear on our road heading for the woods. Fun! One other thing that made this place stand out personally...they found a ring and reached out to see if it was mine! We have left belongings at places before ( own fault) but have never been contacted or had the items acknowledged to be found. Extremely happy renters here! Until next time...

Family get away

The house was super cozy and clean. The view was so amazing and private. The only issue was the cameras inside of the property. Nevertheless, Melissa was very accommodating the entire trip. I would recommend this house and stay again. Thank you for having us.

Great House and Location

The house and location are great. A short 3 minute drive to the lake (and general store) and the house was great for a family. Melissa was always available and quick to reply to any of our questions.

Great experience

The house at 19 Mile Bay was very comfortable and clean and the amenities such as the shuffleboard table, classic video game machine, covered patio, gas grill, and camp fire ring (with wood provided) were key components of our enjoyment. The kitchen was modern, large and fully equipped. The bedrooms were also very comfortable. This place literally had all the comforts of home and more. Location-wise, it is very convenient to the store at 19 Mile Bay and the Tuftonboro Municipal Beach and downtown Wolfeboro is just a short drive down the road. The check-in process was super easy and the folks I worked with were very friendly, professional, and obviously committed to providing a great experience for me and my family. I will be coming back for sure.

Amazing Stay, Will be back!

These owners obviously pay attention to detail throughout the property while being responsive to questions during our stay. Accommodations catered to every need and all guests were happy with their restful nights. The relaxing decor and plentiful amenities met each of our needs. Chess, Scrabble, Shuffle Board and Video games corralled our group for some fun, family competition. Another favorite part was the kitchen and all the appliance options! The s’mores supplies were a great touch too! The public beach down the street was easily accessed and perfect for the kids! There is a huge pavilion with tables that gives you a break from the sun! This area even had a public dock and easy kayak entry. Highly recommend this property and we look forward to returning!

Wendy and I are from the Tuftonboro area. We grew up coming to the lake and love the area. We have a huge family which helps us cater to large groups. We love dogs! We have four of our own and usually have a hospice rescue in the bunch.

We are from the area and wanted to bring this house back to life. A full gut and remodel later we have a cute little rental with lots of extra amenities.

We provide a coffee bar with Keurig Duo (we provide pouches for full pots) and Nespresso makers (please bring your favorite pods if you prefer single cups). We also provide the basics in the kitchen for family cooking. We provide linens and paper goods for the number of registered guests.
