IN THE HEART OF REHOBOTH BEACH this absolutely stunning, first floor, 2 Bedroom Cottage is in 2nd ocean block is just steps away from all that Rehoboth has to offer: fine dining to great shopping. Features a chef's kitchen, washer/dryer, shady patio with gas grill, outdoor shower and wireless Internet access too. Wonderfully quiet, ductless mini split system for cooling & heating will make your stay super comfortable! There are no off-street parking spaces, but the owners provide two Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits for guests to use, at no additional cost. Have a bigger party? Ask your agent about also booking 43D Maryland upstairs! you can rent that too! Dog permitted with a minimum $150 fee and addendum.
$90 Cleaning Fee to be paid by guest on rentals under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Week at the beach

In fact we have had the put our clothes and sheets through 3-4 cycles in an effort to get the damp smell out of them.

Nice location

Location of property was great. Allowing pets a plus, only issue was a little musty smell in the unit, and noise from upper unit. You could hear the renters walking around

Lovely place!

The property is in excellent condition and you can't beat the location. Every square inch of the unit is meticulously cared for. The beds are super comfortable. There's a nice outdoor space with seating, games, and bikes available for use. Berkshire Hathaway is great to work with and will promptly answer any questions you might have. A couple of downsides: The bathroom sink and shower are really small, so bring extra towels to clean up water spillage between uses. There is shared, stacked parking for this unit and the one above it. This was not an issue for us during our stay, since we were the only ones there. If you are renting in season, you may want to consider to get a parking permit from the city so you can park on the street. This will allow you to move your car whenever you want. If you are bringing a dog, check with the property manager before booking. The pet addendum indicates certain dog breeds might not be permitted.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a fun week here, the place is very nicely remodeled and decorated, fantastic kitchen for a condo and a perfect location! We also enjoyed the yard and that we could bring our dog. The shower is small and a door would be better than the curtain at keeping water in, the floor got quite wet. Beds were comfortable, bit of a dampness issue in bedroom though.

No instructions to operate TV. ROKU - Don’t know anything about ROKU

Bedspread smelled like urine; lock did not work on entrance door; I packed all my valuables in my car so I could leave the premises; ptec unit in living was running when I arrived then stopped working and I couldn’t get it to run again; unit in bedroom smelled hot so I turned it off at the remote-it never ran though. Definitely not worth the money.

NOISY NEIGHBORS

While the rental unit was clean and the location was good the overall stay was ruined by the noise coming from the upstairs neighbors/ owners. Apparently they didn’t have carpets and the noise coming from a small child allowed to run and drop toys was constant. There was also a heated argument one evening. We ended up leaving early:(

Hi, I am glad you liked the property. I am so sorry the people above you were acting like that. This is the first noise complaint we have had at this location. We have rented these two properties with no issues about noise over 15 years. It sounds like the child wore the pants in the family, such a shame. Some people just do not care about who they are disturbing. I am sure the same behavier followed them home. I hope you are willing to take another chance at a vacation in this area. Perfect location

This small but very charming cottage was perfect for a long weekend. We did not use our car the entire time. Easy walk to restaurants, bike rental, beach and boardwalk. Very nicely decorated. Loved it.
