It’s a short walk up the boardwalk to the ocean from our lovely 3 bedroom 2 story home. The house features a rustic living room with high ceilings, skylights, and massive glass windows along the entire south side of the house. Beautiful large recently-refinished wrap-around deck with lounge chairs, a hammock, BBQ (all propane included!), dining tables, and an outdoor shower. Sleeps 10 comfortably, and all mattresses have protectors!. Bed sheets and bath towels included; you can bring or have shipped your food and beverage options for the week. Bring your favorite beach towels!

For peak season (July and August): this is a 6 night rental, Monday-Sunday. (Mondays are reserved for deep cleaning.) Longer rentals are possible; please message me directly.
For May and June, options are more open.
For all rentals: Leave as late as you like on the last day of your stay - get the most out of your visit!!

Verizon FIOS fiber-optic connection to the house makes this a great place to vacation *or* work away from home (1 Gbps up and down) with mesh WiFi network for whole-property coverage! Great mobile phone service with 3 bars on 5G for both Verizon and AT&T wireless services! 2 workstation areas with 27" external monitor, keyboard, and mouse for you to plug your laptop into.

Corneille Estates has a no noise after 10pm policy. (Still, Corneille is WAY more relaxed about THE RULES than Ocean Beach is!)

Family bedroom: Two bunk beds (one full/twin, one twin/twin) and one chair that folds flat (twin!) with foam topper for any stragglers, in-window a/c

Kitchen features include dishwasher, filtered water on the fridge and sink (just bring your reusable water bottle!), toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker with Keurig adapter (gray thing), blender, immersion blender, hand mixer, popcorn machine, kettle, pots & pans, cooking utensils, etc.

Note: two security cameras are present: one is the doorbell, and one is outside at the southeastern corner of the property (along the glass side of the house) to ensure against burglaries etc.. as two doors are located here.
