Seaside Villa Cape Landing 3 Bedroom, 2 with Smart TV and King Size Bed

Welcome to our Seaside Villa Cape Landing. This vacation home in Cape Coral not only impresses with its quiet location.
The west-facing, electrically heated pool is ideal for watching the sunset and swimming a few laps. There is also an outdoor shower and direct access to one of the bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink. For the safety of children, there is a fold-up pool fence.
Of course, there is also a cozy outdoor area with a gas grill and comfortable seating.
Inside the Seaside Villa Cape Landing, you will find everything you need for a perfect Florida vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser, spices, blender, coffee maker and everything you need for a barbecue.
The living area has a Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels) and comfortable seating.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is equipped with a king-size bed, Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels) and direct access to the pool area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, two sinks and a separate toilet.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels).
The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and shares a bathroom with the first guest room.
Beach towels and a cool box are available for trips to the beach. The garage offers space for vehicles and can of course be used. Three bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area (e.g. tennis courts nearby).

Great location, very nice home

This property is very centrally located. The interior of the home is very nice and well equipped with anything you need. The property owner was very upfront about the damages from Ian so things were exactly as we expected.

Older home, but decent stay

Loved the proximity to Cape Coral boulevard and ease of getting off of and around Cape Coral from this location. Fabian was great to work with. We didn’t have any issues with our rental. The house was dated, as we expected but was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Pool was warm.

Great stay!

The house was very clean. The garage had very nice beach amenities - bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and floats. Pool was great - heated and clean with a very nice size patio. All furnishings appeared to be new. We spent most of our time on Sanibel which was a very quick and easy drive from the house. Overall it was great and we would love to return.

Wonderful

The property was very clean. You walk in a feel right at home. It was so uplifting with all the white and very classy decorations. The beds were so comfortable which is so extremely important. Loved the pool and everything that the house had to offer. The access to the bathroom from the pool also a positive! Also convenient location!!!!

Perfect Vacation Spot!

My husband and I stayed in this home for 10 days while we were checking on our property and new build. This is a fantastic home with everything you need to relax, cook, swim, and enjoy what the area has to offer! The home provided enough room for 6 people, let alone the two of us. There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and lots of options for people to have a beach day, or just a day by the pool with some grilling. The host was super responsive, and offered to help in anyway possible, always a plus! Nice clean home, comfortable beds, and great location to everything!!

Nice pool and patio area

The house is nice, however, it could use some updates. It was clean and inviting when we arrived. The furniture is nice and beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels, sheets, and wash rags available. The kitchen offered many different items for cooking, however, if you need a sharp knife - take one along with you. Even though the back yard ajoins other homes, no one was ever out and we had plenty of privacy. Loved opening all the sliding glass doors and enjoying the fresh air.

Holiday Escape

Spent the week between Christmas and New Year at Cape Landing and we truly enjoyed our stay. The property offered all the amenities required to relax and unwind- bikes, beach chairs, and a warm pool to spend the afternoon in the quiet backyard. Great location with close proximity to every Cape Coral has to offer. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Home

We stayed the week before Christmas and it was wonderful! The neighborhood was nice, as soon as we walked in we felt at home. The house is light and beautifully furnished. The music playing was a nice touch. There was everything we needed from cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, towels and extra blankets for relaxing on the couch. The pool was heated and we spent most nights eating dinner on the patio. The kids swam every day. The location is close to everything. We checked out Sanibel Island, Ft Myers Beach, Lovers Key as well as nature preserves and trails. The house had beach towels and chairs as well as buckets for playing in the sand. There are cute restaurants and ice cream shops close by. We also toured the neighborhood on the bikes. E will definitely be back.

Nice place for a family

We enjoyed our stay. Access to the garage, bikes, beach chairs, and pool toys. We spent many days at Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. The rest of the time we were in the pool. We loved the pool, but it never got cleaned while we were there and the cleaning slip said it hadn’t been cleaned since a week before our arrival. It really needed it since the hurricane blew through the night before we arrived. The chlorine seemed strong as well. Besides that, the only other thing was they will charge you an additional $50 to clean the grill if you use it. That should be included. It would also be nice if there was contactless check in. We have stayed in many different houses in Florida and this was the only time someone has had to come over to do check in and out.

Beautiful Place

This property is exactly as pictured! The house is recently remodeled, however you can tell that the house is older. The master bedroom might have previously been handicap as the shower and sink is low and has the handle bars. The curtains could definitely use some updating as they are old and stained and my husband did have to fix the master sliding window as it did not lock upon our arrival. We did find it weird that with covid the check in and check out process required someone to come into the property. Everything else was great, we used the entire house with no problem at all.
