Beautifully decorated 2 BR/2 BA condo located on 11th floor of Boardwalk Beach Resort located on S. Thomas Drive close to many restaurants including Pineapple Willey's and Hammerhead Fred's as well as directly across the street from Signal Hill 18 hole Golf course. Enjoy breathtaking views from your ocean front Master bedroom with King bed, wall mounted TV, double vanity, garden tub and large walk-in shower. Master bedroom and family room access your large balcony with patio seating to enjoy your sunrise cup of coffee or sunset glass of wine. The second bedroom is very spacious with Queen bed, wall mounted TV and private bathroom. The open kitchen and family room offers seating for 6 and is fully stocked for all the comforts of home.
Onsite amenities include the areas largest private beach, beachfront zero entry pool and Splash zone with interactive toys for kids as well as hot tub and beachfront bar and grill for a quick bite or a cold drink.

Great Trip

Property was accurately represented, clean!, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, nice frying pans for a change! Place had beach chairs and beach stuff in the closet.

Perfect separation

This two BR/two bath was wonderful for family time in the living areas and perfect separation from giggling 18 year old girls at night and busy bathroom mornings. Host(ess) was immediately available and responsive to a minor issue while there. Condo could use some cabinet and shower updates/maintenance on the doors that were missing or wonky, but it would not deter us from staying there again. The Boardwalk is one of our favorite places to stay and this was no exception.

Relaxing and comfortable family time

Overall, wonderful experience and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend, especially with a family. Very accurate pictures and description of the unit. The cleaning crew obviously skips corners. Not the owner’s fault but dusty and dirt under furniture. There are some pans in the kitchen that should be replaced but we found others to use. Boogie boards and beach chairs to borrow came in handy. Nothing beats a cup of coffee in the morning on that balcony!

We loved this condo, and the views are really incredible. The elevators worked well and were fast, so there wasn’t a lot of waiting around. The beach side bar/grill had delicious food, and the beach access was very easy. We will definitely stay here again!

Summer vacation

I really like the condo & we really enjoyed the pool & tiki bar. My only complaint is the condition of the condo. It was not very clean. There is mold in the master bathroom shower. The coffee table was not wiped off. Still had stains on it & table on balcony was not wiped down either. The comforter in the master bedroom also had a red stain on it. This would be a nice condo if it had been a little cleaner. The mold in the shower is my biggest issue. That could be cleaned & removed. You need to talk to your cleaning crew & work on getting that taken care of. That is very gross. Replace the comforter also. No one wants to sleep with a stain comforter.

Such a great week!

The condo is nice with a great view, and is fully stocked. There were even some spices in the kitchen and tons of beach reads in the dresser drawers. My kids loved the tic tac toe game. Plenty of seating for all 4 of us inside and out. We even had some friends who were staying in another condo at Boardwalk eat dinner with us, and everybody had space. The owners knew of some maintenance issues and called me right before check in to inform me. Maintenance was quick and friendly. The pool is nice, elevators weren’t super slow, and you have to get a Miami Vice at the pool bar! Overall a great stay!
