Single family home just steps from the beach in “The Lanes” area of Pierpont Bay. Easy walking to great food, activities, and shopping. Three bedrooms comfortably sleep 7. King suite, Queen, and Twin bedroom with trundle. Garage parking, washer, and dryer. Fire pit, grill, and outside seating for dining and leisure. Our home is a very short 2 min walk down the lane to fun in the sand and beautiful sunsets. Perfect for a family beach getaway! Ventura Permit No. 2353. We can be found at sunny days. Vacation rental. For availability.

Comfortable cottage close to beach

This is a very comfortable, updated beach house with a nice hot tub and easy walk to the beach. We found the neighbors to be very friendly. We had a hard time figuring out how the keyless entry works and suggest better instructions.

Great Location & House

Great location just a very short walk to the beach. Great backyard, plenty of space for the 4 of us and a very quiet area. Would vacation here again for sure.

A home from home !

What can I say ! We couldn’t have wished for a better property to stay in for our holiday ! The location , the house , the facilities were all amazing ! Having stuff we could use for the beach was amazing and the house felt like a home in no time . The communication was amazing and we literally can’t wait to book and come again ! We travelled from the uk so to arrive in such a beautiful home to a bottle of wine and lovely beds was amazing . Can’t recommend enough ! Thank you J and family !

Great Family Time

We enjoyed our time just a few minutes walk from the ocean. The house was comfortable, clean with thoughtful amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with short walks to the grocery store and coffee. We had a great time with family.

Only One Place in Ventura for Me!

This is our third time staying at this fabulous home, and it has been perfect every time. It is clean, well decorated, perfectly appointed, and has all the amenities you will ever need. It is less than half a block from the beach and close to everything in town. Looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful!

Wonderful experience. Beautiful property with lots of kitchen supplies. Extra fun things in the garage such as bicycles and boogie boards Ian’s sand toys . The owner was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place. Wonderful location. Easy quick walk to a beautiful beach.

Excellent Stay

This is now the third time I’ve stayed here with my family in the last year. If you are looking for a place in Ventura close to the beach, you should stop looking and book this place. Perfect location, stocked with anything you might need for the beach, and a great setup for kids. We can’t wait to come back.

Fabulous location

Fantastic location! Very comfortable and safe. Home has everything you'd need to enjoy hanging out at the beach. Owner was super quick to respond to any questions. Plus lots of little extras for when you arrive! From a stocked fridge to great cookware and cutlery. Makes eating in super easy. We really enjoyed our stay in Ventura. Even a trip to the ER, didn't dampen our mood!

Great home

Was in town for local marathon race. 4 of us stayed at this home and it was perfect. Very clean, had everything we needed. Loved the private patio. 2 car garage was terrific and convenient.

Gem of Pierpont Bay, Ventura

This is our second stay in this darling property. Could not imagine staying anywhere else when in Ventura. This house is clean, comfortable and has indoor parking! The location is fabulous- close to cute, delicious restaurants and a 1/2 block from the beach! Very walkable to anything you might need. The owners get back to you ASAP should you need to contact them. We'll be back next year!

Everything was great. Location was perfect and how worked well for family of 4 with 2 young kids. It was clean and well stocked with pillows and towels. Quick easy communication back and forth. Would definitely stay again next Ventura trip.

Always a positive experience

Lovely home only a very short walk to the beach. Great neighborhood, plenty of food and supply options within walking distance and minutes form downtown Ventura by car. Clean and charming home with a well-supplied kitchen. Lots of extras like bikes, boogie boards, surfboard, beach chairs and such available for use. The hosts are always extremely responsive to any questions or problems. You want to stay here!

Perfect beach weekend

Loved our beach weekend even though it rained the whole time. The house is comfy and bright with everything we needed! I’m fairly picky and this place was clean and plenty large enough for the 4 of us. The heater seemed to have a mind of its own coming on at sporadic times but they had space heaters which were perfect! Thank you for a great weekend!!

Thanksgiving Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The teens had their own room and were able to spread out at the beach or backyard. Every morning we enjoyed a short walk to Starbucks or the Pierpoint downtown area. Our teens took in daily boogie boarding with the wetsuits and boards provided. This house thought of every detail when it comes to outdoor fun - bikes, sand toys, beach chairs, surf board, wetsuits, etc. Such a comfortable home with beds that we slept very well in. Tasteful decore for a beach home and a two minute walk to the water. Weather is always great in Ventura so no excuses to not be outside. We will stay at this VRBO again!
