Make your beach vacation as easy & comfy as possible, with high-quality, comfortable, spacious King-sized beds, a travel crib and pack and play, a well-equipped kitchen, & an easy and convenient 2 block walk to the beach. The beach is extremely private because there is no public beach-access parking for miles in either direction -- this beach is enjoyed by local residents and guests in houses only. Even on busy summer days, this makes for a much more mellow beach experience!
Enjoy sound views from the porch, & stroll over to the community pier for the sunset. (It's great for fishing, too!) Enjoy the community pool, the sweet gas grill, & make trips to the beach simple with the provided beach cart, umbrella, cooler, toys, & chairs. Relax by streaming your favorite shows. And we love to pamper our guests, so there is easy checkout!
Love adventure? We offer two paddle boards for use during the duration of your stay, complete with PFDs and paddles. For use only in the sound, you can explore the natural surroundings and be on the lookout for dolphins and other wildlife.
Does your sleep matter to you? We get it. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains so you can snooze later. You'll also find plenty of pillows and extra blankets.
The townhouse community is quiet, convenient, and in a perfect location. You can't get any better than sound-side access and a 2-minute walk to the beach. Grocery stores, restaurants, and more are just a short 7 minute drive up the road, too. You can enjoy the quiet beach and then head into North Topsail and Surf City for plenty to do and see if you tire of time in the sand and sun.

We are Alex and Alexandra, so if you get messages from us, we are not the same person! We just have similar names. :) Our home is in Chapel Hill, NC, but our little family loves to travel.
Come enjoy a stay at our sweet beach townhouse in North Topsail Beach, NC or our spacious mountain cabin in Beech Mountain, NC. We're communicative, whether we are the guest or the host, and we always want guests staying at our homes to have a perfect vacation! If we can do anything to accommodate you more, please ask.
Since we know you're on vacation, we will not bother you much during your stay— we try to be as hand's off as possible so you can make yourself at home. Please contact us if you need anything.

We fell in love with this townhouse because it's compact, yet spacious. The kitchen is easy to cook in, and the privacy and easy beach access is unparalleled! We also love the community pool and the community pier. If you're into sea life and fishing, you can fish and crap off our pier in the warmer months and collect oysters there in the cooler months.
We love it here, and we hope you feel right at home! This townhouse has two bedrooms, each equipped with a comfy Brooklyn Bed King-sized bed and cozy sheets. There is also have a travel crib in the closet of the larger bedroom, if you're coming with a little one in tow. Are a few more folks joining you? The den has a comfy queen pull out couch, too, and is right next to the downstairs bathroom. We have lovingly remodeled this townhouse, and you'll see new paint, furniture, and updates throughout it, including all-new appliances so you can enjoy a space that is clean, easy, peaceful, inviting, and relaxing. We love to cook in the kitchen and grill on the outdoor gas grill. Parking is easy: you can park in the driveway and park overflow in the round-about just steps away. This is a perfect place to launch a beach vacation, with plenty to enjoy outdoors and spaces inside to enjoy, too.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The pool and pier really make this a standout vacation rental to us! We enjoy sound-side sunsets from our front deck and the short and easy walk to the quiet beach! If you love the idea of fishing, crabbing, and oystering, you can do all of these things from the sound-side pier (and fish from the ocean, too!)
