Cozy couples retreat, dog friendly, 1 block to ocean or sound

Quiet street 1 mile from north end of North Topsail, across street from the St. Regis. 1 block or less to public beach access and public pier/dock. Queen bed, spectrum internet and 15-channel cable package, wall-mounted TV that can rotate to watch from bed or sofa. New AC, LVP flooring and sofa in 2025. Kitchen has the essentials including coffee maker, toaster and stock pot for your shrimp boil. Outdoor space equal to three rooms -- front and back deck, choose sunshine or shade. Under the house is completely screened in with ceiling fan, couches for a nap, minifridge and shower with hot and cold water.

In short, the place is small but has everything you need for a cozy couples getaway. The large, comfy sofa provides room for 1 more person, so bring a child or a friend if you want!

Dog friendly, with 4x8 kennel in the screened in breezeway and 2 crates available for inside. (Pet fee $20/night. Please check box under number of guests when booking.)

St. Regis has top floor restaurant/bar and the open-air Tiki Bar is a short walk and features local characters who will welcome and entertain you!

Check out our other North Topsail property VRBO# 4229885. It's 3-BR, 2 bath, reasonably priced in the offseason. Great views. No pets though.

The place was small, but perfect for one person. I took my dog with me so everything was great for two people. It would even be wonderful. It was everything you needed.

Luke was such an amazing host! His apartment was so cozy and perfect for my husband, dog, and I to stay. Luke had anything and everything you can think of provided for a perfect beach stay. Short walk to the beach and near many restaurants.

Such a cute and cozy place! Super easy to access! Secluded enough to be a nice escape for my wife’s 30th birthday but also close enough to be able to do so many different things! The host Luke was absolutely the easiest to work with and the attention to detail that has been taken care of is something that other hosts should take note of! We will most certainly be making a return and will be looking to book with this host again! Thank you again, Luke!

We really enjoyed staying here! My family used to come to Topsail every summer growing up. Now that I have my own family we have continued the tradition. This was the first time staying in North Topsail. It worked perfect for us and we greatly enjoyed the quiet and less crowded area. The house was great! We especially loved the downstairs screened in area with the couches and tv.

It was clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were perfect. A little smaller than I thought, it was pretty cramped with just two. But it was still a very nice stay, super close to the beach.

Another great stay at this cottage. We have stayed previously. Communication with the owner is always four stars. During this stay, we were greeted with a new floor, which makes the space feel larger and brighter. There were many other upgrades as well. Our pup always enjoys the gated deck. We love the screened in lounge area. We really enjoy the access to the beach, just across the street.

A perfect couples getaway plus dog. Quite area friendly neighborhood great and very responsive owners. It was everything we expected from the ad. We will definitely be back again in the future.
Shot with drone you can see that there is water on both sides of the property. All with in walking distance.

This was a wonderful retreat for our wedding anniversary, even more special because we got to bring our pup to the beach. The condo is clean and well stocked. Kim who cleans was so welcoming when we overlapped with her. There’s multiple beach public access points within walking distance, and you’re so close to the end of the island. We stayed two nights for a long weekend and will definitely be back. Thank you for having us!

Everything was exactly as listed and labeled. I would recommend making a note for your guests as to where the beach access is located. Once we knew this, we were much better!

Perfect little bungalow for a little trip away. Loved the location and set up to accommodate pets. Not necessarily the most baby friendly (if you have a walking toddler), but the listing doesn’t advertise itself as so either to be fair. Great little spot if traveling with dogs!

Perfect NTB spot

Check in/out was a breeze, the unit was clean and well stocked with most everything you could need. Downstairs area is amazing for after the beach lounging. Could use a gas grill instead of charcoal. Other than that, 5 minute walk to beach, perfect for couples and we hope to stay again!
