Lovely 3-Bedroom Beachside Condo

Large 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo, fully tiled, high ceilings with a screened balcony facing the pool. It's less than a 2-minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico - so close that you can hear the waves on the wide beach when the sliding glass doors are open. Just outside the screened balcony, there is a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf. The open living room has a large TV with cable service and free Wi-Fi. The dining table seats a total of 6, and the patio table also. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has pass-throughs to the dining room.

In the master bedroom there is a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a large master bathroom with a separate tub and shower. One guest bedroom has a queen bed; the other has 2 full-size beds. The guest bathroom has a large shower. And the powder-room is conveniently located near the living room.

The condo includes a full-size washer & dryer, central heat and air, walk-in closets, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a large garden tub in the master bathroom, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, heated swimming pool, and parking under the building.

Activities include swimming in the Gulf or heated pool, searching for shells on the beach, enjoying the beautiful sunsets. You can walk to the local restaurants and tiki bars. Rent a boat, kayak, or bicycle.
For the months of January, February and March there is a three month minimum requirement.
In June and July, reservations are Saturday arrival and Saturday departure.
