Everything was wonderful. 2 blocks to the beach. Went to the beach for a swim everyday like it was my backyard. Fenced in yard was loved by my dog since we don’t have one at home. Thanks for sharing your place. It was great.

Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect house to stay in! It was perfect for my family, which included five adults, one toddler, and our dogs. The fenced in backyard has plenty of room for our dogs to run. The playground is just around the corner, so it was perfect for our toddler. A short walk to the beach, which was great. The home itself was absolutely great as well! It was clean, plenty of room for all of us, and we would definitely stay here again! 10/10 for this home!

Great place for a long term stay.

We enjoyed our stay just a few blocks from the beach. The home was very clean, well stocked, and held up to the photos. Would recommend staying again!

Excellent stay! We absolutely loved this home and the location. Easy walk to the beach and being right next door to the tennis courts we played tennis every morning. Home was perfectly clean and comfy! Loved having the back yard for our small dogs and that there were wipes provided for their feet! Would certainly stay here again when visiting the area. Thank you!

Had a great time at this property for a 2-family end-of-the-summer trip! Loved walking around the neighborhood (quiet and very safe), walking to the beach, and checking out some of the local restaurants on IOP. Our trip was too quick to take advantage of some of the backyard amenities...fire pit and porch...but those looked great, too!

I will say having some higher end/larger style towels vs. cheap hotel style and providing beach towels for the price point would be ideal. Especially since we were traveling in from out of state. (Or at least having it as an add-on option). The house was wonderful - we would certainly stay again!

Girl's Getaway

The property was bright and clean with a nice screened in porch. Bed configuration made it ideal for my group of seven girls to stay.

All around amazing!

Great location - easy walk to the beach or rent a golf cart for the ultimate IOP experience. Quiet neighborhood away from crowds but still close to restaurants/grocery store. Loved the screened in porch and fenced yard for our dogs. House was clean and spacious enough for adults, kids, and dogs!

Fun location, adorable house. Great yard! WiFi was a little spotty so I wouldn’t recommend planning to work from here.

We love this property. It made our weekend fantastic to celebrate my niece’s graduation from MUSC such a good time. This house was for the grandparents and the aunts and uncles affectionately named the mature house. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property.

We toured the Magnolia Plantation, saw a Redneck Reunion show at Fedora Hat Theatre, and enjoyed the 7/4 fireworks on the rooftop of Coconut Joe's. Landscaping was below average, but we were satisfied with the location, layout and especially the A/C.

The home was very clean, comfortable and well organized! Only a couple blocks to beach and within a couple miles for groceries and restaurants. Also, having a beautiful park/Rec facility(tennis, pickleball, basketball,band a great playground) a block away was an added bonus!

Reviewer Comments: From the outside the property looked so small but when you open the door it is decorated SO cute and it’s nice and wide open, it was the perfect little weekend getaway for our family. We have a son in a wheelchair and it also easily accommodated the wheelchair and was easy to get it in and out of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home and fenced in yard

We enjoyed our stay...just be aware that you need to bring any and all kitchen cooking spices like salt, pepper, oil, etc. And, bring laundry pods/detergent if you think you'll be doing any laundry. There are very few kitchen linens, towels and just a tiny dish detergent bottle. Also, no hand soap provided. And, also bath towels are limited. Overall, we had a great time and will likely book again in the future.

Individual lamps were non-existent. This is not the place to read at night.

Clean and Modern

Great home for a quick stay in IOP! Home is surprisingly spacious when entering through the front door. Four bedrooms was what we need for our crew. Hall bath is standard, but a great space. The two bathrooms in the end bedrooms have walk in showers which was a bonus. Kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Appliances are above standard grade and all match. We did not see the fire pit that was pictured and a little bummed because we wanted to utilize that in the evening - but not a major deal it was not there. Surprised to find a brand new 15x15 screened porch on the back of the house. Had no idea it was going to be there, but glad that it was. We did not hit the beach, but it would be an easy walk. Check it out - you will not be disappointed

Thanks so much for your comments. So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and the new screened porch. We will be posting new photos of that on the website very soon. The fire pit was discarded when it got rusted out at the end of the season but we will be getting a new one shortly. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Just a few things...

Great vacation and very nice location and house. Just so you know, the grill was VERY dirty and we could not get the gas to come on - neither with a lighter from the house, nor a match. This was disappointing as we wanted to grill out on the first night after a long drive. Also, the house had no salt and pepper or other popular condiments like ketchup and mustard. That was a bit surprising. The tv was nice but the remote was confusing and cumbersome. If it wasn't for my 20 year old - not sure if we would have gotten it to work. They have more updated and user friendly ones out there! Everything else was great and we would recommend this house to other families.
