The expansive open-air front porch is furnished with Adirondack seating for four perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon book. Step inside into the first-floor foyer, as this level of the home includes two queen bedrooms, which conveniently share an outdoor porch and full hall bath.

The second story offers a sought-after combined living plan. There is a full kitchen with breakfast bar seating for four. The dining room is adjacent and comfortably seats six for dinnertime. The adjacent living room has two large sofas with seating to accommodate all and a large mounted flat-screen TV. This level additionally provides a generous, relaxing open-air porch that provides additional lighted outdoor dining for six, a lounge area with sofa and club chairs, and an additional seating area for two.
