Say hello to Gentle Breeze, located just steps from the Westside Pool and a short skip from America’s favorite private beach, this cheerful beach cottage promises the ultimate Seaside, FL experience in a prime location!

Guests can arrive and park to spy an emerald green, inviting cottage, decked out with an open-air, furnished porch, surrounded by shaded greenery and a generous, shaded yard area. Head inside to find an open, main level with living and a flatscreen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with bar top seating for three, next to a dining table for six, and outdoor access to a covered porch with ample storage for all of your beach gear. There is a large rear deck with outdoor dining and seating for four adjacent to your charcoal grill; perfect for family meals in your backyard!

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a large queen primary suite with its ensuite bathroom, a large closet, and its own private open-air porch that overlooks a tranquil yard space. The second bedroom features a double bed, access to a shared porch up, and a shared full bathroom. If you are looking for prime location in Seaside, this is it! Super quick walk to the private beach access, quick walk to Seaside center. The beach access was awesome, and our beach area wasn’t overcrowded on spring break. Great general area to walk and bike up and down 30A. The biggest of the 3 pools is only a few steps away. The house and outdoor porches were actually BIGGER than what the listing photos suggest (which usually isn’t the case on vacation rentals). Very roomy. Our teens enjoyed the outdoor decks and porches for nighttime hang-outs. The whole place was incredibly clean with lots of storage for luggage, clothing, food, etc. Maybe the cleanest property we’ve ever rented. Pillows and linens were amazing! The starter sets of essentials such as toilet paper, soaps, etc were generous. All pools, fitness center, and 2 bikes included in rental fee. (A few suggestions for owners to help future renters— update cooking utensils to include some non stick pans and better turners. This is a premium property at a premium price, but we ended up buying a non stick pan because the pans were not great. Maybe consider upgrading tvs and internet. The main couch had a rip in it, but we suggest just fixing not replacing because it’s the most comfortable couch! A lot of rental couches are pretty, but not necessarily the most comfortable. This one is great!) Thank you for a great stay. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely rent it again. Such a great choice.

There was a leak from the freezer into the fridge. Wifi was very bad, so if we needed to work, we couldn't. Also frustrating since the tvs upstairs were streaming only.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed here twice and love the location. Beach access, morning coffee, shopping. Spacious and feels like home. Few things needing attention:-the internet is very spotty and usually won't connect-the master bath shower curtain liner has mold spots all over-the walk in closet attached to the jack & jill bathroom, all the shelving is SO loose. It needs anchors installed before it falls. -master bedroom closet door is hard to open and drags on floor leaving marks (not a new issue but surprised it wasn't fixed). Typical repairs for a house but overall great stay!
