- One bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)

Also included at no extra charge:
- 1 secure parking space in the basement of the neighboring residence, with direct access via elevator (Note: maximum height 1.95 m)
- Free Wi-Fi in the apartment

Located in the Serris City Hall neighborhood, in a quiet setting yet close to amenities (enjoy the delicious croissants at the “l’Atelier” bakery and the dishes at the “l’Interprète” restaurant...).

You’ll appreciate its ideal location just 50 meters from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine-et-Marne, “Val d’Europe,” with its many stores, the SeaLife Aquarium, and the Auchan supermarket.

Check-in: Keys can be picked up at our office between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and holidays, keys can be picked up from a safe at our office.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
