Two Bedroom, 1 Bath. Across from the beach... steps to the sand. Lower Unit of a two unit duplex.
Private Bungalow where you can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico every day. No car needed as we supply bikes. Full kitchen, outdoor grilling area and dinning area as well.

Close to Bridge Street and Coquina Beach.
Early Checkin/Late Check out available for a fee.

Rates and Availability are subject to change until reservation is completed. A deposit must be received in order to reserve the dates you desire.

Pets- Non-Aggressive breeds, vaccinated & current on a flea prevention program allowed only with prior approval. Any unauthorized pets=25%surcharge

Great property

Nearly perfect. The golf carts are worth it. Location is awesome. Only thing that went wrong was the hot tub was not serviced due to a death in the cleaners family. That was a gross surprise. Everything else was PERFECT. Ihope all is well since the storm. Blessings to you all

Great location! Directly across from beach. Easy walk. The unit itself is quite run-down. The front blinds were broke and did not close, the lights from the CONSTANT traffic were coming into the living room all night long. The back door leads to a very useful outside shower, however the back entry has a large hole, which is attempted to be covered up by a welcome mat. The bikes that were provided had flat tires. Many of the beach chairs provided were broke or very run-down. Absolutely no floor space to put luggage in the master bedroom. Outside front entry lights were burned out.

Perfect location

The house was wonderful and the location was amazing! Just steps from the beach. The house had everything we needed for a great week! The host was easy to contact and everything went smoothly! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Perfect little beach house

This house is right in the middle of the island with the easiest access to the beach directly across the street. The owner ended up buying 2 brand new golf carts while we were there because the others had been severely mistreated. We stay at this house every time we visit the island because of location and cost efficiency. It’s perfect for us.

Wonderful location

Very cozy and located right across the street from the beach. Enjoyed having a golf cart so we didn’t have to drive our car. Property manager was responsive with any questions I had. We were located on the lower level and the upper level is also rented out. Would love to stay at the upper level next time we plan a trip that way.

We had a blast

Our Family really appreciated being this close to the beach due to ADA concerns and little ones. Bring a umbrella for sitting out as the sun is brutal unless sun is on the right side ! We would look to booking again in the off season

Location Location Location

Location was perfect. Walk right across the road and you are at the beach. There isn’t a large public parking lot at that access point so it was much less busy than the other ones. We were right in the middle of the island with a short go cart ride to each end. Definitely an old beach house, but the decor is perfect. The beds were comfy. My 5 and 7yo girls loved the bunk beds. The laundry and beach closet was perfect. There were carts to haul the available chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and even a cooler. The tankless water heater was perfect for warm showers and the shower outside even had warm water to rinse off after the beach. A few things that can be improved upon include: Communication - I sent a msg to the host before the trip with a question regarding the beach equipment with no response. I also never received any communication to check up after checkin or any time through our trip. That’s just something I’ve received through other reservations and would have been a nice courtesy. Front room - warmer than the rest of the house. Could definitely use a ceiling fan. More comfortable to watch tv from the primary bedroom bc the rest of the house stays crisp and cool. The wood must be rotting on the back porch as there seems to be a large hole with just a welcome mat thrown over it. Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. golf cart needs some serious maintenance. I’ll communicate the specifics directly to host. Just double check it’s been serviced!

Great location and cute place

The location of this property is great. It is decorated very cute and was very clean! It comes with all the things needed for the beach which is super nice. The hot tub is a bonus. For our stay, the hot tub was just fine. It was nice and hot and clean. The place needs some basic TLC. The rug in the living room is super dirty. That is something that can be changed in under $30. The screen door is broken and bangs in the wind. There is some sort of hole in the wood decking covered by a rug. These are just small things that make a difference. The golf cart that was advertised to be with the condo was in service and a rental was there when we arrived. The rental cart was super cheap and didn’t run good. It wouldn’t even go past 20mph so we held up traffic all the time. That was a big let down for us. The lady renting the upstairs let us use her cart. That cart was much better but the tail lights didn’t work so we couldn’t use that at night. Again, some TLC on the basics is needed. Besides that, it was a great deal and the location is perfect!

Location to the beach was excellent. The kitchen was delightful and bathroom was adequate. Sofa and rug in sitting area was very dated and worn. The noise from people walking in the upper level was very noticeable all times of day and night. It sounded like giants upstairs.

Ideal location. Comfortable beach vibe.

Has a surfing shack appearance, but a complete and comfortable package. Location just steps from the Gulf & a couple blocks from the inter-coastal. All the toys you need. Golf Cart, bikes, paddle boards, beach chairs even noodles. Only had issues with the hot tub could use some TLC and a new cover.

A gem, so much included!

We had a nearly perfect stay at Low Rider! Exactly as pictured, clean, spacious enough for 2 adults/2 teens. All of the included items are pretty awesome when you look into the cost of renting a golf cart, paddle boards, bicycles, beach gear, etc...ALL included here! A couple items needing attention are the wood deck/flooring outside the back door, the back screen door and a couple bicycle tires need replaced/are off the rims. Overall, we would stay here again! Host is easy to reach and very responsive.

Great family getaway

Perfect beach bungalow

Enjoyed our time so much here! Two teenagers and two young boys along w my husband and I we were all comfortable. Golfcart use included sold us, so much to go and see not having to take the car was great! Loved all the beach toys and floats and chairs provided! Great trip we’ll be back

Enjoyed the Holiday Weekend

Great location! Steps to the beach. Steps to the trolley stop. Close to grocery store, convenient stores, ice cream shops, restaurants and more. Golf cart was a nice bonus. Lots of beach supplies, however we did end up buying our own beach chairs. The cooler provided is quite small (could hold 6 cans), so if you need something more suitable for drinks, snacks, etc, you will want to bring your own. The cooler provided was not big enough for our family of 4 for a day on the beach - but it was no big deal since we were steps away from the house anyway. Highly recommended! Hope to stay again soon!

Perfect location

Great little house just steps from the beach and the tram. Had everything we needed for the beach incl chairs, umbrellas and beach wagon to get it there. Perfect for our group size of 4. Did not rent a car. We ubered from the airport and relied on the golf cart and the tram to get around. Easy peasy.

Perfect “Surf Shack” at the Beach!

We loved our stay here! It had a fun & unique vibe! The location was the absolute best, being a 5 second walk to a gorgeous beach. The golf cart was a great added bonus to easily get around the island, and the addition of beach chairs, bikes etc was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.
